OoC: This is about adding some hot coals to Chellis's position in Morrocco and Gibraltar. No one, except Jack Pilas, the person who pays him and several high ranking Praetonian officials know about this, not even the Dumpsterdanian goverment.

Jack Pilas wiped the sweat from his forehead; it was hot here in the summer he thought as he made his way up to the front entrance of the building.
The doors opened for him and the air-conditioning blew the heat from his body as he approached the receptionist.
“Excuse me; I have a meeting with the director of Polaris Industries.”
As she looked down and up again at Jack he continued quickly.
“Jack, Jack Pilas.”
She nodded. “To your right and the first office on the left mister Pilas.”
Jack made his way to the office wearing a loose shirt, shorts and a photo camera around his neck to whoever was in charge of Polaris Industries. He knocked on the door and entered into the office took a seat and stared directly at the man sitting behind the desk. "I presume you have the goods?"
