Today, as a bold new step towards improving international relations, the emperial parliment announced it's plan to start a foreign touristry industry within the Alexian Empire.
"This will bring much needed jobs into the country, not to mention foreign capital." said Minister of Finance Alain-Philipe Abels in a broadcast speech.
Touristry programs will be set up in partnership with other goverments and foreign traval agencies.
Tourists will normally arrive by boat or plane.
A large tourist district in the capital, Alex City, has been completed, with all manner of hotels, from the cheapest to magnificent five star, and every sort of shop you could imagine. These districts are protected by armed guards.
Similar districts are being set up in almost all major cities.
Buses from these districts reserved soly for tourists will be available, and tours will be able to take people around all the touristic sites, historical buildings, whatnot.
All of the touristic things will be working closesly with the goverment, and travel must be planned/logged, recorded.
