OOC: Hogsweat agrees with this.
Enznor walked through the halls of the tall but weary dockside building. The daily shipments of weed and cocaine became a boring yet dangerous routine but today a very 'special package' would arrive. In one of the many coke packages there will be a suitcase hidden, with a most deadly nuclear cargo.
Enznor heard the calling a couple of days ago. He knew nothing could stop the endless howls from beyond the seas and mountains and it would drive him to insanity and eventually death if he would not listen. But he listens like any other would do. He searched through the cargo and found the suitcase. A an ugly leather suitcase, worn-out on the edges and the leather was filled with scratches. What was the target again? Keylova nuclear powerplant. A fortress but weekly the garbadgemen are allowed it without too much security. Most of those workers are mentally disturbed so they have little to fear from them. If he can convince one of those to carry the suitcase close enough to the reactor then it just might succeed. It wouldn't really matter if it explodes yes or no, a leak is deadly on itself.
The plan was simple but solid. He just had to wait until he saw one of those poor buggers and talk to them until they gave it, which shouldn't be too difficult knowing their weak nature. But wait, this won't work. How can he trust a retard with such an important cargo? Does he know how to trigger it? I believe he can't see the difference between "on" and "off". No, I have to act like a retard to become part of the staff or I have to be the truckdriver. Well, I have the right contacts so I guess I have a fairly good chance. After modificating his garbadge truck a bit it could now shield the small amount of radiation coming from the suitcase. It helped but if the security officers used a senstivive geiger counter they would surely notice.

After a few days Enznor became the truckdriver after the previous driver was struck by an unfortunate accident, carrying the suitcase with him on every trip to the plant. He drove around doing his work without getting too much attention or asking too many questions. The first thing he noticed was one major and crucial part of the design: there was absolutely no way of blasting through the solid reinforced concrete wall seperating the garbadge disposal from the reactor area. He had to get inside but how? The first step was to get past the security and the heavy double set of doors protecting the building from the radiation. There wasn't another way in. He had to get past the guards one way or another.
A few hours later
The last garbadge containers have been emptied and the men are returning to their schoolbus to be returned to the asylum. Enznor walked around... Could this be true? A small ventilation grating, unlocked. Someone must have forgotten this. He looked around and noticed a very advanced time locking mechanism still on the code to open it. He didn't brought the suitcase with him in this walk but... What if the lock changes every time it opens or closes? No I cannot take the risk. There's a sticker above the opening:
WARNING RADIATION! DO NOT OPEN UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY MANAGEMENT! DO NOT REMOVE THIS SEAL.
The security officers were enjoying supper, this is the time... He quickly ran to his truck, grabbed the suitcase and was off to the grate. He opened it and crawled through the hot and moist tubes when he finally reached a small grate, secured from the in- and outside by heavy bolts. He was directly above the reactor, the hellish blue water was beneath him and the heavy bars of uranium were glowing bright deep below him. No time to waste, he activated the weapon and set the timer on one minute.
The ticking of the clock ended at exactly sixty seconds after the timer was started and the lives for two million citizens of Keylova were forfeit. The reactor bursted and overheating did the rest of the work.
