10 secret operatives working for an unknown orginization were contracted by DA to commit the terrorist action of setting Ebola Haemorrhagic Fever lose in Victoria and Vancouver, FRC. Those infected are expected to be in the thousands, and the number should multiply rapidly.

DA is not the abbreviation of Decisive Action. It stands for the name of another nation's leader, a nation which will not be named for obvious reasons, Darine Andrews.
