Moscow announced today that SRoR has detonated 2 RS-20V(SS-18 Mod 4) Satan ICBMs on a test range (and NAZI rebel internment camp). Reports show that the missiles detonated on the target and destroyed the structures in the region.

While we do not wish to interfere with the internal affairs of your nation, we are appalled at the callousness you display in slaughtering your citizens. We will be watching your nation closely for future human rights violations, and will consider sanctions if such a traversty occurs again. While we have no love for the Nazi ideals we urge you to show these deluded individuals the rights granted other human beings.

If a person is a rebel they lose their citizenship to my nation and are lucky to be put in the camp instead of just being eliminated instantly,though for this test there were no nazis in the camp we moved them out for the day until the test was over then they will be placed back in their camp.
Where they can die to radiation posioning.
