Due to recent terrorist activity and the increase in our Concordiat classified files, no ship nor man nor vehicle will be allowed over the borer without being fired upon first. Only those with express permission from the Concordiat will be allowed through without being shot at. This includes private craft, trade ships, and diplomatic shuttles. Do not attempt to push our borders.
