A new Military and Trade Base is about to break ground on Sigma Octanus.
A nation has gracility let us use this system. This will give us a great starting point in your universe.
This base will be big, very big.

Colony Ships will be arriving quite soon (yes my ships are VERY fast and can get there that fast). The colony ships will begin sending civilians to the surface. A massive "Building Team" Will begin building an entire city on this planet, complete with everything you would expect.

Near the city a Starfleet base will be built, the nature of this base is classified.
There will be no less than 90 Starships guarding the base during the building process; also many orbital stations will be built

We thank you for the offer and we take it, I would like one of your leaders to attent the opneing creomoney, once this base is at full running status, there will be numours Orbital Defense systems and a fleet of nothing less than 100 Star Ships.

Provost-General Thoma will be present, along with most of the Concordiat fleet.

May Hector come? He is the first Bolo built by our nation. He wishes to be present as well.

What kind of Rare/Complex componets do you have?
The truth is, we are using the most advanced stuff we have, however we are VERY interested in trade.

Well, I can supply you with Defensive Technology. Mainly Orbital Weapon Platforms. They are automated, powered by subspace links from a central generator, stationed on a remote site. The stations have regenerative froce fields for hull protection and are equipped with 1,000 plasma torpedoes. They can be deployed into a network, which will provide defense against attacks.

If needed, we can supply you with 2-4 Cardassian Stations(OOC: Empok Nor style station) They can be stationed above Sigma Octanus. They can be used for multiple duties.

Cardassian Central Command wishes me to inform you that we hope these supplies can help, If you need any other needs, contact us. I will have to issue a warning, The Obsidian Order, which tried to take over Cardassia Minor, still exists and may wish to attack this instillation. We will do all in our abilities to eliminate this possible threat.

We are already Completing our SDMAC defense network, about 100 Stations, each station is massive and it fully sheilded and has an excelent PDF network.

Though we would be interested.

We are looking for a patrol Craft,
Our Current Partols are 100 Smaller cruisers, and my weapons put out an huge yeild. Mynew classes can put out 80 gigatons in one strip, but tell me more.

The cost of this project is estimated at over 10 Trillion.

A possible patrol craft: Jem'Hadar Fighter crew of 74, its primary weapon is the Phased Polaron Beam. Also Jem'Hadar Heavy Cruisers can provide protection. Armed with Torpedoes, Phased Polaron Beam, and 3 Large Polaron Beams.

What I am looking for is an smaller faster ship to complement my starships.
