Due to a recent population spur and limited living space, the Tioszaean government has proposed a research project to explore the Lesken Sea which borders Tioszaea for possible colonization. Temporary refugee camps have been set up, but these are bursting to capacity. The Tioszaean government has called for aid in the listed ways until the project for deep-sea exploration has been completed.
