"This is the century of Socialism!

We are seeking relations with the People's Republic of Communist Red China. We are confident that these brave comrades who serve the international worker's movement will be beneficial to the global revolution. We hope to gain audience with the Chinese government, and are seeking to establish permenant relations between our nations.

However, according to a press release by the Eastern Bloc, we will give the official response of the PCPB.

You may neglect the oppressed peoples of Latin America, Africa, and even the proletariat of the west, but you do not realize that revolution is global, and unless we seek international liberation of the proletariat, socialism will fail and classes will remain. Only a strong sense of internationalism will bring the fall of the exploitative class system."

That's a rather risky enterprise. The 12 Carriers there would not receive enough escort cover from the cruisers. That's is a very large amount of carriers, all considering, and the PRC's navy probably couldn't escort that many.

While the Unity-Republic is also interested in trade with the Chinese, it is believed that there are relatively limited openings for raw material exchange as the two nations are, by and large, similarly endowed in terms of natural resources. Zapadslavia's policy of self-sufficiency limits its need and preparedness to trade in finished goods. It is maintained by President Javoric that at least a token trade relationship would never the less be in the best interests of all concerned.
