The Phoenix Milita is done with the old US military style K-pots, bulky flak jackets and old style combat boots and other equipment. TPM forces will now be outfitted with all new gear.
Under the standard uniform, a minimalized kevlar bodysuit, cross zippered/velcro will be worn., over the uniform a new tactical/bulletproof vest and holster rig will be worn instead of the old LCEs.
Also a new full length kneepad will be issued, and the old elbow pads will be worn(over the uniform) in some cases.
All new ruck and assault packs have been designed (to replace the old ALICE packs) with input from infantry soldiers and lessons learned in past conflicts
In additon to the standard weapons assortment (shown in pic and listed below) there are several specialty weapons, grenade and rocket launchers and machine guns as well as weapons add-ons availible for special missions.(these weapons can be found at the storefront or guns galore post)

Yes, but it's easier to build the tank with bitanium armor, disruptor cannons, and antimatter missiles myself than it is to alter one already built. Besides, your engine specs likely are not reliant on plutonium fuel rods, which is what DLE standards requires of all ground-based vehicles.

I like the designs, but the technology level is behind what my military requires.

Well you can buy production rights and build modifed versions then :D

Well, I am looking at production rights for all of the tanks rendered in 3D, so only three or four are not on my list...

There are more 3-d renderd ones in the storefront :D :D :D

average combat load is 50-100 pounds including weapon and ammo depending on mission

It really depends on how powerful the laser is. And what's this obsession with big bullets? Bullet hits you, you die. Doesnt matter how big a hole it makes.

I take completely outrageous and somewhat stupid ideas and find a puropse for them. Tanks with ridiculous RHA and huge guns? Why not manufacture a 375 ton multiturreted, nuclear powered land battleship?

Submersible Aircraft carriers (Two classes, even), torpedoes the size of ICBMs, and for 2020 and up, a submarine with a carbon supercomputer and a 'rotary' torpedo launch system.

Ok, so I'm exaggerating a tiny bit, cookies to those who can figure out where.

As for the 'big bullet' argument... I prefer midsize, very very fast bullets.
