New Dhabi Embassy, St Mattensburg

It was a cold day in Mattvia, it was only 4 degrees c, it was also very cloudy, it looked like it was going to rain. St Mattensburg was getting storms from the south, not big ones, but it had been a while since the sun had been shining.
A crowd was gathered around the soon to be embassy of Dhabi. The crowd was about a hundred or so, with people watching it on the television, and people watching it from the surrounding houses. Most had umbrellas, they all knew it was going to rain.
On the podium, under a canopy was Lord Kaiser Mattuis the sixth, the foreign minister, as well as the prime minister, around them were multiple cameras, as well as many orange guard (Mattvian SAS, the elite), there were also many microphones, from at least 7 TV company's, some were Mattvian, some Duabian, and other's from other nations.
A official stepped up "Ladies and gentlemen, we are expecting someone from Dhabi, very shortly thank you." The man then sat down, they waited, people turned around a black Audi was coming to the podium, the door opened......

OCC: Dhabi, can you reply from here, and after the embassy is opened we can then talk about trade agreements.

The door opened , a medium sized man in a black suit got out of the car and walked up to the Lord Kaiser Mattuis the sixth. He leaned over and said ? sir the plane has just landed the weather delayed it they should be pulling-? he was cut short as sirens from police cars sounded and a motorcade of Tahoe?s and two black Cadillacs pulled up to the stage and three men all in black trench coats got out of the car and walked up on stage and stood in from of the Lord. ?Sir sorry we are late this weather has backed everything up? and they all shock hands. The tallest man in this small group walk over the to the podium and cleared his voice. ?good day thank you all over being here sorry we wish it was a better day this is the beginning of a new age for out nations. President Davis is committed to making Dhabi a major player in the world he wants the best for the world and the people of Dhabi. With this new embassy with will open many doors, with job creation trade agreements and alliances. President Davis wants to leave a impact on the world and wants Dhabi?s name to be all over it, we just hope he is reelected this month? he snickers. He looks over at the Lord and smiles ?My President is arriving here later this week but terrorist attacks in another country has his attention right now. We hope that with the opening of this embassy we can bring the world step closer into the right direction of world peace. Thank you and may god bless you fine nation.? He walks over to the small crowed that by the podium and shakes everyone?s hand and then walks over to the lord and hands him a solid gold cast of Mattvia?s nation animal. Then he walks over and sits down for the next speaker.

Lord Kaiser Mattuis gets up and walks to the podium, cameras flash, and it started to rain, not heavily but enough for umbrellas to go up every were.

"Firstly, I would like to say, hello to the Dhabi, and welcome in to our nation, it's a shame the weathers like this, but what can you do uh? I would first off like to say, how pleased I am that the nation of Dhabi will now have a new embassy here, were we are now. I think that this will strengthen our relationship with other nations, and I hope to see a increase of embassy's in Mattvia. This day, is a historical day, an embassy hasn't been built in Mattvia for over 20 years, as we have cut ourselves off from the world, many times. But we are back! And we will be on the international stage, for a very long time to come."

The Lord Kaiser gets a wave of clapping, and the odd cheer, he sits back down with the Dhabi representative. The rain had got heavy and more and more umbrellas went up. Then, it stopped and the sun came out. The Prime minister walked up to the podium to give his speech....
