After 700 years of war, the Empire of Tsarkoye, and the Principality of Selo have found peace, after Vladimir I of Tsarkoye, and VII of Selo has inherited both crowns.
At his coronation, for the first time an Emperor, or Tsar sits on the united throne of this island for so long divided.
"Now we need a helping hand to drag our nation into the modern age. We are 700 years behind the rest of the world, we must make good this in 70 years."
The new Tsar has sent out requests for aid, in terms of military equipment, financial assistance, assistance in industry and agriculture, an invitation for embassy's to be built in the capital, Koska, and is searching for a region we can become part of.

I have no trust for your regime, or your tactics, there is no reason for me to snd food and money, when it cna be directed to any purposes the government wishes. Until a true democratic state is established, only corruption can be seen in the Tsarist state."

"We had not once advocated the use of force or fostering illegal violent actions agains the regime. Our "corrupt" visions lie in the world, as democracy will be sought by the people and we are hoping for the peaceful transition into a social demcoracy in the state of Tsarkoye-Selo, though we will not get involved. We see no peace, we only see starvation, oppression, the people are not represented, only the interests of the ruling class."

To Lapse, His Royal Highness Tsar Vladimir I fo Tsarkoye-Selo, King Vladimir I of Tsarkoye and Prince Vladimir VII of Selo announces his attention to remain in complete power for the next 5 years until the infastructure and economy of Tsarkoye-Selo after years of war is adequite enough to service the needs of the people. After this 5 year period a Senate, elected by direct male suffrage for all those oevr the age of 25. This Senate will share Legislative power with the Tsar, and after a 15 year period, full legislative power will be passed over to it, whilst the executive remains in the Tsar's hands as dictated by the Seperation of Powers by Montisqueau.
