the Union announced today that its star fleet will be refitted, new ships and new variants of ships will be produced. Orbital and all planetary defensive systems will be refitted and up rated .. evry union planet will have a planetary shield system a phaser and torpedo weapon insulation . ships will be armed with new phaser arrays and torpedoes , so will star bases .
