Sergent Conville looked out from his position at the airfield, scanning the skies for any activity. He had not seen a bit of movement sinse he arrived. He seperated the main troops into 15 platoons. The marines were already divided into 4. The helecopters were in position to flay patrols and the humvees were stationed. He awaited for further instructions from command, not wanting to make a early advance.

For long this city has been on the allies(red team) agenda as a ideal military position for the movement of our troops. We seek to gain control of the city which is under control of the Rebels (blue team) which is a small army that has vital positions in the city to be taken. In order to use the city as a key military position we first must eliminate all threats in the city. The Rebels are a small but versital army of mainly mercinaries, melitia, and terrorists. The Rebels pose a great threat to the troops in the nearby cities and towns. Several key positions such as bunkers and missle sites and towers are essential to victory.

The Soldiers fixed their guns. They were told to be ready in 10 minutes which was one of the commanding officers little games because they knew it was impossible. The helicopters was loaded, the vehicles were being armed with extra metal plates. The soldiers sat waiting, waiting to hear word. The colonel came out and told the soldiers that this isn’t going to be fun but they were representing Constat and everything it has worked for. Right as the colonel turned around to go inside he heard the unmistakable sound of an artillery shell

I will be sending in my elite SHADOW special forces (100 men), along with 2 Battalions of Royal Green Jackets (600 men). The remaining 100 will be elite pilots from the SOAR (Special Operations Avaition Regiment), who fly UH-60 Black Hawks, KA-60 Kasatkas and EH101 Merlins. 20 will fly AH-6 Little Birds. All are armed with miniguns, and TOW missiles. The Little Birds will also carry rockets. The remainder will make up my fighter pilots
The make up of a battalion is:
150 basic infantry
50 demolitions/anti armour
50 snipers
50 scouts
Basic soliders will be carrying a mixture of the XM8 Lightweight Assault Rifle and its variations. The XM-26 Shotgun system, XM249 OICW, XM312 .50 Heavy Machine Gun, M249 SAW Minimi and finally the 203 Grenade Launcher will also feature in my forces. The demolitions will carry the XM249 OICW, and use Semtex, PT4, C4 etc. If needed, the LAW 66 or 80 will be used to eliminate enemy armour. Snipers will carry MSG-90A1 DMR's, and will work in pairs, the other one of the two having a L86A1 LSW. Scouts will carry shorter ranged weaponry, often working in direct connection with snipers, and will carry the FAMAS G2 Assault rifle.
Pilots will carry MP5s and P90s for personal protection in case of forced landings (i.e. they get shot down).
In addition to the above, I will be bringing a further 100 medics and 100 enginners to this conflict. All carry the required equipment, and will be armed with P90's and MP5-K's.
As meantioned, Special Forces are to be involved. They all carry their own personal weapons, so I will inform you of these as they occur. Expect assault carbines and light machine guns, stuff like tht.

I am removing 5 F-15's, and 5 F 16's. In their place will be 10 A-10 Warthogs.
