Due to the recent invasion, Green SUn's military and its cities are in shambles. We are asking for help in any way possible.
Here's a list of what needs doing:

1) Getting civilians back from other nations (They were all encouraged to visit other nations. Many visited Upper Xen for its military parade.)

2) Rebuilding military arms.

a) Many soldiers were KIA or MIA therefore we're missing hundreds of our standard rifle, the AK-47.

b) We're also missing quite a number of our future primary rifle which is being administered to many companies in our military. (We're also searching for a new primary rifle until we can get our Laser Rifles to give more of a kick.)

c)We also need a lot more body armor for our soldiers and we're running low on tanks.

d) Our navy needs to be rebuilt by a lot. Over 75% was destroyed in the battle and we barely have enough to protect our waters.

e) Our air force is finally returning from other incidents in foreign lands, but right now we were only able to spare only 12 to our ally. We're going to need a bit of help rebuilding air force, but we're doing fairly well with the number of aircraft we have. Only 129 more jets will be needed.

3) Our cities took a beating from the waterborne bombardments. Please send as many contruction crews as possible.

4) Rebuilding equipment is going to be needed for mining and construction. If you can help us build equipment for such tasks we will be immensely grateful.

5) We need ammunition and fuel for our jets and other vehicles.

We of the Pennterra are against war and will not aid you in rebuilding your military beyond a basic defense force. However, we will aid you that much, and will send as many construction crews as possible to help rebuild that which was damaged. However, we are cannot afford to send much aid without destroying our own economy. We can send the following supplies:

25 Coast Guard Cutters
15 transport helicopters
5 transport airplanes
20 teams of 100 construction workers, plus overseers, architects, and other management personal
500 AK-47 assault rifles
2000 leters of gasolene
400 liters of jet fuel
500 tonnes of construction equipment
500 tonnes of mining equipment

This should be enough to help restore your economy and establish a usable defense force. Pennterra would also like to discuss the establishment of trade routes between ourselves and Green Sun.

The Government of Falastur offers the Government of Green Sun a one-time payment of $10 billion, to be spent as they see fit on rebuilding their nation. We ask for only a 1% interest rate, and for the money to be paid back over a maximum of 100 years.

Should you come under attack what will your people do? Surrender?, as much as an interesting prospect of aiding you would be, we of the Federation remember asking you if you needed millitary help, but you declined. Should you need any soldiers to bolster your ranks until you can recover, you are more then welcomed to arrange a deal with the Millitary Contractors of the Draconis Federation, you can find them along the thread of [New Release(PMT)]. I'm afraid I'll have to decline your offer, as well. You're far too young at this point and time and 3 million workers is over 50% of your population.

We're currently searching for nations interested in our Garden Alumni project. It states that the students who, after graduating SeeD and no longer interested in mercenary services, join armies in foreign nations. Rest assured, as they need to be at least Rank 25 to apply. Hmmm... I like that offer. But multiply the number by about 90 and you've got a deal.

How many rifles do you need to refit your entire military? My last standard issue, the ak-101 (basically a AK-47 with plastic instead of wood, and 5.56 NATO instead of 7.76) is massed produced to about 90 million. I have these all stored in crated, barely used or brand new in underground bunkers. Along with billions of rounds of 5.56 NATO. I could reissue this to your military. I also have several equipment you can buy if you need to, such as tanks, planes and ships if your interested in buying contracts.
