General Hitaru Honda and recently appointed minister of finance said. Another red-faced general screamed, "What? We cannot sell ourselves to outsiders!" Sanada sat, his presence created an atmosphere which practically drained the room of all life. He thought silently while grasping his chest. Underneath, he felt his dogtag. He remembered clearly. It wasn't long until there little 'Revolution' had attracted intreset in other nations. Several advisers and secretary hurried around translating request on trade and support. Yukimura sat silently within his dark helmet, his eyes carefully watched as his generals quickly place issues to agreements. In no time reports had to be settled by him as telegrams of request were presented. The first telegram was an interesting proposel, yet simple in a begining way. (In do time... the use for him will end...) Thought Yukimura as he carefully calculated a proposel. (For now I should accept as it is a pretty good offer...) The Secretary removed the Telegram with Yukimuras seal of approval on it. She quickly began to right a reply to Draconis Nation as she quickly knew the words that Yukimura would use.

Another Telegram was presented to him Yukimura as he carefully examined the note. It wasn't surpiseing to him that his former home had stepped in to aid him and his dark cause. If it wasn't for them he would have been like any other nation with little reason or understanding of the true world. Without needing to send a reply telegram, Yukimura placed in the seal of approveal. He also revealed a vial filled with red liquad that plucked underneath his cloak. The other generals and staff stopped there busy work to observe the unique seal. This vial had contained his very bloodl, a mark of an ever lasting unity. The blood seal was the most important and strongest seal ever to be presented as Yukimura redrew the nations symbol and signatur. The room had fallen in another cold silence as he finished the approval. In no time the room returned back to its busy self as Yukimura handed in the approval letter. It was because of them that he was able to lead the Revolution and his life training. For now he had to attend to other issues as he would latter consult the embassies of the approved nations.

A third telegram was presented to him as a nation also opened support in military terms. The request of such was a simple task as they would be able to supply such things in the next three months. It was another oppertunity to study various trainings and create one unique system of perfectly trained troops. Yukimura easily gave the mark of approveal as one of the secretaries began to make a reply telegram.

We present to you our undersea aircraft platform
which is also a fully functional attack submarine on a par with
the Seawolf class. We have found a way to contain a helicopter
on board our submarines. A sliding panel system and rubberized composite
soft insulation system fully enclose a small triangular
flight deck that can accomadate an AH-220 Sea Lion, AH-1Z SuperCobra
or SH-65A Dolphin helicopter. The attack helicopters can be
re-armed refueled and boarded while the vessel is fully
submerged, however to board the SH-65A you must first open
the panels. All of the accepted helicopter types use folding rotors
to fit in the cramped space. With this new capabilty you can easily
support and escort convoys, carrier groups etc with all the same
features as a frigate. This submarine also contains SAM missiles
(a first in the RL world) so that subs can be used to provide covert
air defense for convoys. The SeaSquid Sub also has an enlarged
sonar array under the nose, towed sonar and side scan sonar.
The sub features an enclosed prop making this sub one of
the quietest in the world.

We are sad to report that fifty newly converted citizens were burtely murdered. Date of death was 12:30 two days ago as are current witness describes a young male in white clothing. They say that they fight for the true justice of the nation and that are leader murdered there former dictator. These so call rebels are actually terrorist planing to continue the downfall of these people. Are forces are still limited do to are earlier raid in clensing the old nation goverment. Recent reports of rebel activity had increased and that are military power are unable to resister there unknown attack. We call appoune Allies that doesn't seek profit in the assitance. The Emperor Yosarian had no expression on his face as the watched the execution of the last of the old nobility, including the Archbishop Richardson, who had led the last signifigant army left which had fought against the Emperor. Dying is the best thing that fool, any of those fools, have ever done for this country

After the nuclear war and the great collapse, Yosarian had been nothing more then a leader of a small band of mercenaries for years, but against his talent as a general, the weak and foolish nobility and church had been unable to prevent his rise to power. His private guard, standing by his side, still looked ragged and unkempt, with a near-random collection of firearms and swords that was the best the still-recovering nation could scavenge or make; however, Yosarian knew that these men, that the army he had trained and perfected, was a far more effective fighting force then an outsider might guess. His men had been through hell, they had survived, and they now had an almost religious faith in their leader.

After the executions were finished, an advisor came to him. "Sir, now that our domestic affairs are in order, you had requested information about like-minded foreign powers we might be able to deal with..."

Yosarian read the information about the Empire of Necoroth and their new leader, General Yukimura Sanada, and nodded. "Yes, send an ambassador to them at once, he sounds like the kind of strong leader I could deal with. Also, my men are getting restless; have the ambassador test the waters and see if this General has any desire to hire mercenaries. I am sure our men would be more then capable in helping him put down his rebellions..."
