Today, his emperorship announced, as part of the Emerald Revolution, the Alexian Empire will finally be co-operating with the outside world on large scale monetary deals.

The new program is extensive and ghettofabulous.

Coarperations: The Emperial Goverment will be allowing foreign coarperations to set up operation inside the empire's borders, and has taken steps to make things easier for them aswell. When applying for a bussiness permit, please give extensive details about your coarperation and intentions to the goverment.(Coarperations owned by other states accepted)

Operating in the empire:When operating in the empire, there are a few things to keep in mind. The laws must always be obeyed unless you are given express permission from proper authorities, first of all.

All unskilled labor must be hired locally, although skilled labor may be taken in from abroad if you wish.

The borders of Alexia are strictly controlled, so all comings and goings must be told to us in advance( if you start up an operation, don't have to tell me "This IT guy is leaving by helicopter" or whatever, but if anything ever happens, just know that that's how it works)

Labor Unions are not illegal in the Empire, but our strongly discouraged by our most beloved emperor as they are unpatriotic and counter revolutionary.(Unofficial statement: They are also constantly harrased by goverment paramilitaries)

There is no minimum wage in Alexia.

All land for operations(say building a factory) must be purchased from the state.

Foreign coarperations receive tax benefits, and sometimes help.

Guards our allowed, but they must be within the law in all ways.





The Emperial Goverment is now starting a massive export program.

Unprocessed products that will be available for export are the following:

Wheat, Rice, beans, corn, apples, asparagus, lettus, spinach, brocoli, coli flower, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tobaco

Processed: Flour, Canned rice, canned beens, canned corn, Tobaco(cigarrettes, cheap) tobaco(chewing, cheap) tobaco(pipe, cheap)



All exports/imports are done through the national marketing board, even with private producers within.



Also, if the emperial goverment can in any way do anything to make your investement easier or more lucrative, do not hesitate to bring it up. Remember, your gain is important to us.

The Democratic Imperium of Praetonia is willing to ivnest considerable sums into Alexian industry. Please, tell us what is required on the Alexian market. Aside from state investment, Praetonian citizens are allowed and encouraged to invest in your nation through the government.

The Emperial Goverment is glad too hear this, and will do all it can to keep your interest.

There is no real unmet demands on the Alexian market currently(except maybe the lack of skilled workers), but there is a massive influx of cheap labor, which has the potential to be utilised for making things for export. This would provide us with much needed jobs and bring capital into the country.

Considering the huge sum invested and the opening to private industry from Praetonian citizens, the market will largely shape how many and what we build, and as we have little detail of the market there is little we can set in stone now. It is safe to safe, however, that both Imperial Praetonian Shipyards and Imperial Praetonian Ordinance will be manufacturing in yuor nation. It should also be stated that we will not use your citizens as wage slaves away from more constrictive business laws in Praeton. We will abide by the 4.50 Praefelis ($8) per hour minimum wage set for Imperial citizens.
