Sgt. Woodward took Mr. Buran, the wigger, to a boot camp style facility on Kahloowahe, where six other "wiggers" were also waiting for processing. He intended to convert them from their deviant ways back into regular citizens.

Buran was forced into a processing area with several others, where he was given a khaki uniform, had a tracking tag strapped onto his ankle, and forced to undergo decontamination, and had his head shaved.

After several minutes, he was brought into the main barracks area. The others were on their leisure time.

After putting his stuff down, Woodward said, "Alright, ladies, line up!"

The wiggers lined up.

Sgt. Woodward continued:

"You sick sons of bitches are the dregs of society. You have been stealing culture which is rightfully black. You are arrogant, feeling that you own the world. We have gotten referrals and complaints from parents, teachers and pincipals that will not take anymore of your bullshit. Your hilarious attempts at ebonics. Your 'I am a pimp' attitude. Your sheer lack of manners and the fact you are killing yourselves with drugs! You are a threat to others, yet you refuse to learn!"

He turned to Buran. "You especially, have caused an international incident! Look at him! He is an example of what this minstrelsy you have embraced will do!"

"Now, we will convert you. Your stupidity, obsession with gas-guzzling vehicles and too much gold will come to an end! Starting today, if you are caught rapping, listening to rap, mentioning anything about forties, bling-bling, hos, or other stereotypes of rap culture, or even talking ebonics, you will be caned!"

The wiggers grew nervous as he listed the punishments. "Three hits per offense! If you resist, you will be hit even more. If you attack me or one of the instructors, you will recieve ten hits! If you do not pay attention during the white culture class, you will be forced to stay longer! If you cause trouble or incite others to resist, the ringleader will be hit fifteen times and the others will be put in solitary! If you fail to pass inspection, you will run 6 laps, with a 50lb backpack on your back! If you do anything we feel is a danger to you or others here, we will act!"

"Do you understand me!?"

The wiggers yelled, "Yes, sir!"

Sgt. Woodward continued. "I don't want to have to use Old Emma on you," poiniting to an intimidating looking cane. "But if you continue to resist our aid in improving yourself, I will have to let her see you!"

He then ordered, "Now be good! You're going to class!"

OOC: I might need a Kahtan Culutral Instructor for the white culture class....think you can do that?

Robert Franken, was a white from Kahta to help with a jointly operated WIG-OUT program. He is 6 feet tall and almost 300 lbs, all of it being muscle. He was never a wigger, and never wanted to have to do with them, because they were the lowest scum he could think of. He was a big supporter of the banning of all wiggetry in Kahta.

He was now the instructor of a White Culture class..

The 6 wiggers walked into the classroom, and set at their desks.

"Hello class. I am Mr. Franken, and I will be your instructor for the White Culture class. In this class you will learn why people need to stay in their culture, and why its best to be in the white culture."

Robert turned on an LCD projector, and showed the class a movie called "Being White, and why its right"

The movie then gave an overview of the Average White's IQ vs the Average black's IQ, and then showed the average white, and the average black. The average white had a car. The average black had to walk 3 miles for water. The movie then showed the typical white lifestyle, contrasting it to a black, who lived in a tribe.

One of the wiggers said, "Sir, that is a lie!"

He was promptly caned by Sgt. Jiang. He then went, "Shut up!"

The others were stopped, and paid attention, taking notes feverishly.
