We live in dangerous times. Fascist states seek to branch out and destroy nations, internal rebellion is common in many countries, and crime is rampant even in the heart of the Confederacy. The New Corporate States already has a internal military defence force, but they at the moment suffer from heavy casualties not due to poor equipment or technical failure, but lack of training in urban warfare. To properly combat gang violence and hostage situations, it has been decided that we will look for help from a foreign country in the training of our two new military units, the Urban Pacification Unit and the Confederate Pathfinders Company.
