Wolf Blitzer, Ramissle News Network
"Hello, and welcome to the RNN nightly news broadcast. Today in our news, the Incorperations top officials have announced that our fine nation will no longer host the WTO. This decision comes just days after the controversial embargo against the RWC. Heres the president with a speech in front of the ITC."

My dear countrymen, we have long had the chance to host the prestigious World Trade Organization. We have had the chance to let an international allience of wonder grace our International Trade Center. Now, it is anothers turn. I would like to announce that today, the Republic of Kyanges, our very close ally, will now now have that chance. Thank you.
"That was President Statton. In regional news a cat was found.... "

OOC: This has nothing to do with the embargo. I just wanted to show the world change in the WTO, and that I do not rule it with an iron fist. I will remain a member of the organization, and I will remain very active in it. Responsibilitys of Kyanges will be posted shortly.

The Current WTO Agenda

1. Form council to regulate trade between straits. (Sensitivity Level: High)

2. Enforce WTO Ruling 002

3. Reorganize WTO

4. Create Trade Enforcement Officers (Model off TEOR's)

The Republic of Kyanges is greatly honored by Ramissile's decision to hand over leadership to us, over all other nations in the WTO, and we will not take this newfound position lightly.

We had reviewed the WTO Agenda and have decided that our first action as leader is to make sweeping reforms in the current organization of the WTO.

First off, we will clear the membership of all nations currently in the WTO, including supreme members and clear all ownership of all nations who currently hold land in the WTO complex.

Nations that wish to stay in the WTO need only say the word and your current holdings in the WTO complex will be maintained. Finalization of dismissals from the WTO will be made in 3 RL days. This is being done because many feel that their membership in the WTO as it is, is threatening their nation's security, but do not have the will to leave on their own, fearing ridicule by more loyal nations. Now, there is a quick and shameless way out for those nations.

All current rulings by the WTO will receive a revote when the new membership listings have been finalized.

Also, once the new membership listings have been made, we will begin the formation of a council to regulate trade between all member nations of the WTO. Membership in the council will be decided by vote also once the new memberships have been finalized

The current charter of the WTO will also be reviewed and possible changes may follow.

Nations currently holding the title of "Supreme Member" will have their powers modified.
(Exact modifications to be finalized. Keep in mind, there may be no changes at all.)

The next step in our reform is to establish a tougher stance on enforcing the rulings made by the WTO, and the protection of member nations. To that extent, a new special force will be created to do this. It will be comprised of forces donated by any nation. Once a contribution by a nation is finalized and accepted, those forces will no longer be under the control of that nation, and will not be returned. They will instead fall under the control of the WTO and will be used as needed to enforce rulings or protect member nations under attack. They are not meant to become a private army of the leadership, supreme members or any other nation. It is to be a solely defensive force.

Finally, all current embargoes, blockades, or aggressive positions taken by the WTO to date will be lifted. All waterways, air and land routes should be areas of free trade and travel. As such, the R.O.K. military has been called down from its alert against RWC member nations, and they are once again permitted to enter Kyanges waters freely. We suggest all other nations who have such measures against the RWC to do the same.

Listed plans may be changed, but for now, this is our current agenda.

Thank you, and that is all.

The Confederacy of Lachenburg would like to retain its membership within the WTO; however, the Confederacy will remain neutral to any conflicts engaged in by the WTO.

Let us hope for a brighter, more prosperous future.

-Your notice to remain in the WTO is also accepted. We also understand your position. We still request that you contribute something in defense of your fellow members, and the enforcement of what this organization stands for. Any desire not to contribute will also be understandable however.

The Chief Finance Counsel to the Wolfish President scratched out his final notes before handing them to his aide.

"Get those typed up for my signature - I want them out first thing."

"Yes Sir."

The aide spend the better part of her evening trying to discern the Counsel's chicken scratches - but, by morning, a clear official letter to the WTO was in the diplomatic pouch.

Honourable WTO,

The Government of Wolfish would like, at this time, to put forward its name as a member of the re-constituted WTO.

We have a long and glorious history of open and free trade between all nations, regardless of domestic policy.

Our economic infrastructure is amongst the strongest in the world, and our dedication to preserving open and free trade between nations is without rival.

Please accept this note as our official request for admittance.

Best Regards,

Gabriel Saunders,
Chief Finance Counsel

Re: Official Request Accepted!
=======================

The Board has reviewed your request to enter the WTO, and will gladly accept your nation. No doubt your entry into the WTO will be a welcome one, and one that will take this organization to greater heights.

However, the current WTO complex is currently undergoeing mass renovations, refittings, and expansion. We advise that you do not begin any trading through the WTO until the dust has settled. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The project will be completed soon, estimates around 2-4 RL days.

Thank you,

WTO Membership Board

(OOC: So basically I'm still working on all the new threads for the new WTO.)
