Nationstates New Broadcast:

Today Rebel forces of the Serbian Peoples Army struck the final blow to the Government of the Serbian dominion.
The SPA, which began open warfare with the government in late 2000 is lead by the Notorious General Yazeg Petrovich. The aim of the group was to establish a social, and economical equality throughout Northern Serbia with the implementation of a Socialist government.
The iron fisted Dominion of Northern Serbia, the group in power at the time, came to power promising a free enterprise system, which soon became so corrupt, marshall law was implemented for a time, and from then on, the government had treated its citezens like dirt. It seems that this time, foreign aide will not arrive in time.

Today however, the Red, Blue and Safron Flag of the SPA was unfurled over the Parlimentary Hall of Zagreb. The White and Red flags of the old government were burnt in Khartoum Plaza as APC's and soldiers moved about.
The One of Petrovichs leading lieutenants, Aleksandr Pavelcek, led his troops on a 5 day assault into the heart of the capital city. Support from the rest of the SPA came from outer portions of the city, crumpling the remaining resistance.

Aleksandr Pavelcek sat back slowly in his jeep as he watched the old flags burning in the piles.
"Alright, let'e get to the capital building so we can officially take care of the, transitions" He said to his driver, a Captain. The jeep sped off as Fedreal troops near the jeep were executed.

Smoke rose from different parts of the city as the other parts of the SPA assault force roamed the city, clearing buildings and streets. Explosions, shots from anti-tank guns, and the familiar rat-tat-tat of AK-47s echoed throughout the city and surrounding countryside.
Captain Andrija Dubrakov, a dashing man of 25 tapped on the accelerator for the jeep. He stroked his Goatee slightly, then his mustache. Andrija, was probaly a bit to concerned about his appearance, but he considered himself good-looking for a Serb. He turned to his passenger and spoke up, for the first time since the assault began.
"Sir, what happens now that the war is over?" He asked, barely audible over the shouts of celebration and explosions resounding from the city.
"well, now the hard part begins. We get to build a government"
"What if the old government tries to make another grab for control?"
"They wont, not without outside help"

The new Javoric government in Socialistina Sloga-Republika Zapadslavia received word of the Serbian rebellion with some surprise. "There's not enough fight left in them" the President had said when he first heard of stirrings in the region.

Of course he now denied ever having suggested such a thing, and was amongst the first world leader to extend official recognition of the rebel leadership as Northern Serbia's government. Aleksandar Milutinov, Foreign and Information Secretary for the Unity-Republic, conveyed congratulations on behalf of Velikograde, the Zapadslav capital, and made initial trade approaches.

The Lieutenant looked down at his watch slowly as the men were being lined up. All of them were politicians of the old government. the count had reached three hundred so far with names being taken down. Certain politicians, due to the grizzly acts against humanity, were to be sentenced to death, and were shot as they walked by the census.
A gunshot went off as one of the criminals was discovered, and the body was dragged off. It would be a long day for this particular soldier.

We will immediately wire the $10 Billion USD in two increments of $5 billion USD each to your national account. As for military forces, we will likely deploy upwards of 40,000 soldiers due to the strain placed on your nation's military and government. The soldiers will be from two airborne infantry divisions and one airborne armor division (with a mechanized infantry division moving in later). Also, a series of fighter wings along with support (transport, fuel, and combat support) wings will be deployed as well.

Upon arrival, the force will likely spread out to garrison your nation's defenses while a force of one to two thousand soldiers actively train your infantry in combat and defense skills. After we have secured landing zones, etc. we will begin airlifting in supplies and weapons. To minimize the amount of training required, we will likely only import older Soviet-style equipment (no older than the T-80 of which we have many in storage). We will provide all new assault rifles, ammunition, and accessories.

The final phase will be to construct bases to house ARSB forces for a long term deployment. Most of the bases will be open to Northern Serbian forces for training, stationing, or supplies.

Meanwhile, C-380s, C-214s, and a few older logistical aircraft were already being prepared for flight. The members of the three divisions to be deployed were given twenty-four hours to report to their assigned bases and depots and within 24-48 hours, three airborne divisions would take off then parachute/land into Northern Siberia. Along with them would be combat engineer battalions to begin construction on ARSB positions.

Two fighter wings and a single support wing (with tankers, transports, EW, etc.) were also being rallied and prepared to patrol the skies over Northern Siberia.

Also added to the forces being deployed will be 120 OMONIA Black Berets, the ultimate ARSB special forces and outfitted with the VEPR NGCS system.



Also, the Soviet Bloc Foreign Relations Ministry has released an official dossier listing the items that will be donated to the Dominion of Northern Siberia. Exact numbers are unknown and only unit types are listed.

I believe that the majority of our military wants and needs have been taken care of through the generous donations made by Soviet Bloc, but We will be looking into a small maritime interests defensive program. I believe that a squadron or two of Helicopters would also come in handy.

In conclusion, we no longer need most military technology, and quite frankly, would not be able to afford it, though a few utility helicopters, and trucks for helping in the reconstruction efforts and worker transportation would be greatly appreciated.

We will be supplying humanitarian provisions in our transportation freighters that are leaving Rio de Janeiro as we speak. We will act as neutral mediators, our main purpose is to rebuild, watch, and keep the peace. We will be a neutral monitor of the elections once the government is instated and a constitution drafted. We will act as law enforcement as far as the interim government allows, as we will not step over our boundaries as peacekeepers. Notes: The Goony is a truly unique aircraft, consisting of a ‘base’ that contains all essential equipment cockpit and fuel tanks, and a ‘Package’ that can consist of a heavy lift crane, a cargo section, a weapons platform, and many others, packages are constantly being designed, packages typically cost 8 to 10 million but can cost much less such as in the case of a simple cargo container or much more for a mobile command suite, some packages include extra fuel tanks, hard points for weapons and Com-int surveillance gear. Mondoth, I beleive it would be in Our Nations Best insterests to accept your offer, but we would of course need advisors to train new Naval recruits, being as this is the first time Northern Serbia has wielded any form of Naval power.

we will of course provide a full set of training officers free of charge with the ships and air craft, we hope this is the beggining of a long and fruitful relationship.

Upon receiving confirmation that ARSB forces could land in Northern Serbia, dozens of aircraft lifted into the azure skies of the Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc, lumbering into the atmosphere. The C-380A cargo aircraft were in lead, their massive twin fuselage, three wing design surely made them stick out against the back drop of conventional transports. Nestled beneath the wings and between the fuselages was a massive 'pod', capable of housing one thousand infantry. This particular C-380 housed an entire battalion from one of the airborne infantry divisions. Packed inside were the 500 infantry along with their compliment of infantry vehicles including the SV-90, MMPWV NV-05, and the SIV-21, all of which would drop into Northern Serbia within the hour.


Soon enough, they were over Northern Serbia and within the protection of the dozens upon dozens of ARSB aircraft patrolling the skies, being refueled by the gigantic C-380L tanker aircraft. Over the next hour, some 15,000 personnel would parachute into Northern Serbia along with their equipment to secure landing zones. Along with them was a combat engineer battalion which would quickly build a small airstrip, capable of landing a C-214, which would bring engineering equipment to build and airstrip strong and long enough for the C-380 transport. As soon as the airstrip was completed, another 25,000 infantry would land along with a mechanized infantry division.

All in all, the drop went on without a hitch, with a large portion of the forces moving towards the nation's borders and securing former Serbian military depots, stations, and bases and quickly converting them to suit the ARSB's needs.

Also, a single C-177 light transport with two F/A-91A escorts, landed at Northern Serbia's capital. The transport was carrying three government officials, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of State Affairs, and the newly appointed diplomat to Northern Serbia, Mr. Serj Resnetikov. Along with them were OMONIA body guards, outfitted in the base layer of the VEPR NGCS system. The men would discuss the impending military and economic alliance between Northern Serbia and the ARSB as well as the status of the ARSB's donation of aid and arms to the nation.
