A new ethnic map seperates each ethnic group in Sel Appa here (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v495/juvanya/sel_appa2.png).
The southwestern Eniarku-dominated provinces have been redone for simplicity. Several borders have been made into straight lines, although several still remain the same.
These provinces also are planning on solidifying several of their provinces together, although this requires approval in the House of Earls. What they plan to do will end up reducing the number of Earls in the HoE.
The northwestern Naiglebi provinces also plan a similar move, but it probably won't happen.
