The Yerffian provinces of North Carolina and Chihuahua have been incorporated into the Empire after a time of allowing the change of governments to settle.
I. Civilian Population Movement
Because the population density of Yerffej itself is so high, there has been a rush to crowd onto the first transport aircraft setting out for North America. As a result, prices have been raised, so the government is making considerable money this way. It also results in more high-income immigrants. The GDP of the colonies is slowly increasing.
The Yerffian Government is expecting nearly one million immigrants in the first year alone; 780,000 to North Carolina and 220,000 to Chihuahua. Money is being allocated in order to prepare for the masses of newcomers.
II. Infrastructure Additions
As previously mentioned, considerable amounts of money is being used to get the infrastructure of the provinces ready for this new burden. $7,500,000,000,000 in total is being spent in North Carolina alone, in this way:
45% Roads- $3,375,000,000,000
40% Buildings- $3,000,000,000,000
12% Electricity/Water/General Maintenance- $900,000,000,000
3% Other- $225,000,000,000
This is all being financed with tax increases both in Yerffej itself and the provinces, along with bonuses from several trade agreements.
III. New Military Installations
In addition to military bases already in North Carolina (Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base [Jacksonville], Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station [Havelock], Pope Air Force Base [Fayetteville], Seymour Johnson Air Force Base [Goldsboro], Coast Guard Air Station [Elizabeth City], New River Marine Corps Air Station [Jacksonville]), the Yerffian Government plans to build several more Army, Airforce, Navy, and Marine bases in order to ensure the province's protection. Plans on these bases is top secret. Construction along with the transportation of military personnel is to be financed by loans generously provided by The Empire of Layarteb.
Locations and types of bases will be announced at a later date.
IV. Military Consolidation
1,250,000 Yerffej Army soldiers, 810 tanks, 270 aircraft, 1,550 other ground vehicles, 3,000,000 Maintenance workers, 300,000 Yerffej Marine Corps soldiers, 90 Marine Corps aircraft, 670 Yerffej Navy ships of various types, and 489,000 Yerffej Navy sailors and Maintenance workers are to be sent to North Carolina from Yerffej. This is also being financed by the Layarteb loans. The movement will be started in 6 months, and is estimated to take 12-18 months. All information on Yerffian forces being sent to North Carolina is top secret except what is explained here.
