If you are looking for space based observation platform, the State Industries of Schultaria Prime: Designwerks might have something that can fit your needs. We have a fairly large selection of orbital platforms, including two dedicated reconnaissance satellites that might be of some interest to your nation. Just click on one of the two links provided in this message and then head over to the Designwerks: Interkosmos section of the storefront for our space technology.

Thank you for your time.

I'd go for Schultaria's. They have infrared and X-ray cameras as well as optical cameras (which wont work through cloud or against camoflagued objects).

I'd shut my mouth and let him make his own decision
I'd stop pretending my tech is better than everyone elses.

Shut your mouth then. I'd be much happier for it.

Im sure that he would appreciate the advise, as he may not know about different types of satellite camera.
