The Rosian Protectorate of Sardinia will become the Rosian Military State of Sardinia. There will be a city in eastern Sardinia where every civilian will be relocated to. The Rosian Government estimates that the amount of civilians in Sardinia is 35 Million, though this is a vague estimation. The City will become a self contained City-State that will be able to run its own affairs without the intervention of the Confederation, but will be protected by Rosian Military Force. The 67th Fleet is stationed off of Sardinia, but will soon return to Rosian waters. The military forces guarding Sardinia will be about 100,000 to 200,000. A Military Port will also be built to house about 300 ships. Also, a military refit of the Protectoran Defense Force, the Forces that protect the Protectorates, will be undergoing massive refit. They will be supplied with modern firearms and weaponry.Though Sardinians are divided on the issue. They would have the right to run themselves, but at a cost of possibly demolishing old buildings and monuments. The Rosian Government said that they will leave monuments intact, but the Sardinians are reluctant. Sergei has praised this saying "This will give us a foothold in the Roman Sea, (The Med) and will be a grand day for us all". This is RINN, more as it develops.
