OOC: Okay a few tips here. One, tell why you are declaring war. Two, don't use smilies in war declarations or other serious posts, it ruins the look. Three, spellcheck all serious posts again, as long as the are IC or In Character, it makes who ever declared war (Your President probably) look really stupid.
