It has come to our attention you are interested in construction of an underwater transportation structure, similar to that of Danmarc. Due to your geographic setting, it would be quite possible to run a connecting tunnel to all 5 of your major island cities. In Danmarc, our construction crews worked on an 8 lane highway that went under the sea between the 3 largest islands, which is now used for military transport, commercial vehicles, as well as day-to-day travel of citizens. Not only did we construct the highway, but also built an enormous military structure under the sea, and gave a bomb-proof coating to the entire structure, as to prevent "man-made disasters".
Our architects have looked at your existing framework, and have determined a mass transit system, such as a series of subway tunnels (similar to that of Britain and France) could send passenger trains from island to island, which would work wonders for your traffic and pollution faced by the influx of people to a small island structure. This may eliminate the need for an above ground transit system, and would look quite impressive as well.
