The Following Address was put out on all Major Frequency Channels

Ra, Lord of the Goa'uld, has decided to allow our elite assasination group, a handful of soldiers known as "Ashrak," to perform limited services to the population. My only conditions for assasination jobs are:

1) I must approve of every assasination job a nation poses. If I do not like the idea of whom to assasinate, I, Ra, will not allow it.

2) I must be payed, not in money, but in goods and services. The Goa'uld have no need for money, we only barter and trade.

3) You must acknowledge that the Goa'uld do not have any part in the troubles between other nations. By providing an Ashrak's services for you, we are not responsable for any political fallout our Ashrak's actions will cause. For all intensive "legal" purposes, we weren't even involved in the assasination.

Ashrak litteraly translates to "Hunter." An Ashrak is a super-trained, super-equipped, elite soldier. Their primary purpose is Assasination, however they have been used to gather information or objects out of bases instead.

An Ashrak appears as a normal humans, even though they are really a Goa'uld. They take a specialy Symbiote-Masking drug coninuously, making them impossible to detect by any Symbiote-detecting scanners. They are masters of infiltration, and can learn languages, cultures, even customary movements and slang (you must provide us with this information before the assasination is to take place).

An Ashrak's choice of weaponry is one of the most advanced weapons the Goa'uld have at their disposal: a device known as a Hara'Kesh. To anyone looking at this device from the back of the hand, it looks like a bronze ring. When the palm is upturned, you can see that it is infact a small device (about 1.6 cm tall) with a three-sided triangle on it. This device combines the best uses of a Ribbon Device into a small, conceling package. At close distances, once an Ashrak has activated the device, a Hara'Kesh can put even the most seasoned and protected warriors into a trans-like state from which they awaken hours later. They continue all functions normally, and even interact with people as they would have without the influence of the Hara'Kesh. However, they do not remember ever making contact with the Ashrak. The Hara'Kesh can also be used for its main purpose: painful torture and death. A Hara'Kesh can cause a creature to experience agonizing pain, or completely destroy his or her brain till it causes irreperable brain damage.

Ashraks can also optionally have Personal Cloaking devices, which render them invisible, or Personal Shielding devices, where recovery is the most important part of the operation. These features will cost extra.

The Goa'uld's base cost is, for every person to be assasinated, the Goa'uld demand 650 million USD equivalent in goods and services. For each aditional person, add 50 million USD equivalent. For each feature, add 150 million USD equivalent.

That is all.

Enclosed are various images of Ashrak weapons and technology.

We will now allow nations to employ Ashraks for retrieval purposes: information, new weapons, prisoners, etc. An Ashrak will take care of it.

Also, it was failed to be mentioned above, but Ahsraks have psychological training as well. Psychic scans, truth serums, none of that stuff really works well on an Ashrak. At best, someone can sense something is amiss with the Ashrak, but not that they're here to assasinate someone.
