The van arrived at the rendezvous a little bit early, but it didn’t matter, the truck was already there, he didn’t know where it had come from or who had paid for the equipment inside, he just knew that knowing would not be in his or their best interests in case something went wrong. James got out of the van and went up to the truck; the cab was empty as promised. He went to the back and opened the cargo door grimacing as the distinct smell of fertilizer drifted out from behind the crates; he grabbed the detonator off the top of one of the crates and motioned back to the van that all was clear. The five other insurgents ran up to the van and checked to make sure no one was around before unloading the crates and checking the weapons in side. MP5-k’s again as promised, two for each member of the small terrorist group. Each also had plenty of ammo.
Alex took the detonator from James knowing his duty; he gets in the truck and begins driving to the target. After a while the team arrived at the site, a small guard shack protects the entrance almost comically, Alex pays it no mind and just blasts at full speed into the parking garage under the office building. James follows with the rest of the team in the van. As he pulls in he hears the gun shots of John taking the lone guard out. He flips open a cell phone and make a call.

“Hello?” said Jennifer Tawley, anchor woman for The Roman Republic News.
“I have a story that you need to air now, the conglomerate owns Teletech, the computer companies’ headquarters building, if any one attempts to leave the building it blows, if the police or government get involved in any way it blows, if the countries nuclear arsenal isn’t being decommissioned by tomorrow, it blows. We have enough explosive to bring the whole building down, make sure the government is perfectly clear we mean business.” And the phone line went dead.

"Damn it!", shouted the Dictator's Vice Dictator, Kombayn Nikoladze.
Nikoladze walks around the room, mumbling.
"Get me Col. Lenin. I need to talk to him."

"We will have to coop with the terrorist. Or they kill our media and post propaganda."

"I will have to send the Delta Force to remove the terrorists."

"My hands getting sweaty!" Complained Alex who had been holding the detenator for quite a while now.
"Use your other hand then, but be Caeful, we don't want it to blow before our demands are met."
James switched on his radio.
"Dave, how is it on 'guard duty?'"
"We had some bint try to leave a minute ago but she went quietly when i showed the gun, no cops or specfor yet."
"Good, Tim, hows the roof?"
"Clear, no unusual activity, how is the government handling this?"
"No reply yet."
"This had better work"
"Yeah."

The neigotator and a 6-man Delta Team rush to the building where terrorist are located.
2 Operators go to the front enterence to drop a phone for the terrorist. The phone rings.

One here, I thought I said no police or government intervention? you have five minutes, if any of my people can still see you the building goes down. he disconnects the phone and then turns his radio on

"All units, numbers only from this point on, Three check the detanators, Four tell me how many there are, Two lock the front entrances, Five the back, Six shut the elevators down, if they want in from above they'l have to take the stairs. every body else, to your positions this may get rough."

"One, this in Four, looks like eight counter terrs and a negotiator, could be wrong their flirtin an overhang across the street so I con't see em all at once"
"Try a different angle, call me if they move or if the count changes."

"One, Three here, one of the dets is bad, I'm going to have to replace it, see if you can keep them off for a few minutes."

"Can you blow it with out the detenator?"

"No sir, might not do enough to take the building down, I need a few minutes"

"Alright, Six, Seven, get your behinds down here and cover Three while he plays with the bomb."

"Roger."

"aye sir"

"Damn, the terrorist destroyed the phone for neigotating. Damn, Damn." shouted the Negoiator
The neigoiator speaks on the PA!
"My Operators will not enter the building, until you tell me your demands!"

Behind the building 4 Delta Operators sneak inside.
"Yeah, as if the terrorists will know we're in, thank negoiator." replied one of the D-boys.

"One, Eight Here, four through the back"
"Can you lock them out of Bomb room from there?"
"Yessir"
"Do it."
"Doors locked and secured."

"Three how much longer!"
"five minutes"
"Make the three or we're all dead and the building still stands."
"Dammit, I can't work like this."
"You'd better do it."

He turned his radio to one of the police bands

"Negotiator, I control the buildings security center, did you think I couldn't see what your trying to do? call your men off or the building blows, If you want my demands they are simply the complete nuclear disarmament of your nation, you have until this time tommorow, One out."

OOC; there are ten terrorists spread through out the building, the front and side entrances are secured and the roof has a sniper who usually scans the front and knows enough not to stay in view long enough to get shot.

The Deltas check the doors.
"God Dam..This must be smart hippies..to lock the doors"
the 4th Delta gets shot by the sniper.
"I've hit, I need help over here."
"Coming,",replyed the 1st Delta,"Its not bad, rest of you give covering fire while I patch him."

the Negotiator talks to him self.
"Yeah right, they'll still blow up the building even if we disarm, remove the delta or we go in."

"Capt'n, the terrorists are getting on our business, We'll take Direct Action, repeat Direct Action."

Frantically Three looked for some way to blow the faulty pile of explosives. frantically looking around ina crazed state, barely thinking, he saw something, a slow smile crossed his face, he knew what to do. in front of him, the diamond shaped warning label declared highly explosive gasses.
turning to the two other terrorists in the room he said.
"Seal th room, air tight,, use this on the doors and intakes. leave the A/C vents, we'll need the oxygen."
he started unscrewing nozzles on the gass bottles for the heating system, slowly the room began to fill with a hissing sound. he held his breath for as long as possible and as he slowly slid into unconsciousness, he lit a match."

(As the camera began rolling, a news caster stood before the camera-man with a microphone in hand)
"Well, Hello Draconis Federation, I am her live from the scene of what appears to be a hostage situation" "From what I have been informed , is that there is a very hostile Anti-Roman Republic terrorist group inside the Teletech Company Headquarters." (Holding her hand to her earphone) "Uh hm, it seems that this unnamed terrorist group has demands, it seems those demands include, the total deconstruction of the Roman Republic nuclear arsanal, it also seems that if the government of the Roman Republic does not comply by tomorrow they will detonate their explosives and bring the building down, also if any police or millitary force enters the building they also threaten to detonate." OCC: the "BOOM" was the main door, that was planted with C4.

"Sir..the terrorists are all concentrated..on the top..the bomb is located in the basement..next to the gas main...I'm send two men to mop up."

Kinano Youshikato walked around the crowd of people until she saw a soldier in a Roman Republic uniform, no even better an officer.
"Sir, sir, Luitenent, Luitenent Carbolieto, can I have a word with you about the terrorist group inside, it's for the Fed Net Nightly News, what do you say?"

"the situtation is a bit tough, but my men will acomplish this task. The bomb is located in the basement next to the Gas main and the terrorists are on the top floor.", replies Carbolieto.

It looks like the terrorists are being delayed, My men will rush down to basement and clear the "Bomb guy". Plus the Vice Dictator will send the Navy SEALs by helicopter to cleanse the top floor.", Luitenent replied

OOC; 'bomb guy' just blew the gas main, much structural damage and fire is probable, the explosives probably detonated as well and their was enough of that to level the building, I'll leave damage up to Roman but there was almost definately lots of it.

"Liutenent, what was that explosion? Could it be that the terrorists detonated their bomb?" "Liutenent did you hear me, answer my questions, liutenent?"

The Lt. looks at the explosion and get to his radio.

"DAM IT!!!", the Lt. kicks and punches his car

"Ms. Youshikato, now my government will hunt down these terrorists, with the Great Dictator's RAF terror organization. We will fight fire with fire. And now the Civil Engineering Corps will now clean up this place."

"Lieutenant, I am sorry for the loss of your men, but how do you expect to find the leader of this terrorist action, the perpetrator who planned this atrocity.

"To hunt down the terrorist we have to find the weapons they used and trace it to the source and find out who and where the terrorists exist. Its going to be a long struggle. Dam hippies! Just let me think for some time, got to straighten my head."

good luck with that, the weapons were shipped through the diplomatic baggage of a country you have political relations with and were manufactured unmarked, there were no identification numbers or marks to trace them by.
