From the office of the President of the Constitutional Republic of Tekania.

After Joint session of the Senate, and House of Delegates, of this Constitutional Republic, in the presence, and at the behest of Eric D. Williamson, President, and Jack T. Corell, Vice President of this Republic. It has been decided to resign from the Capitalist Defense and Economic Alliance.

While we dealt, in the best way possible, with the relations problems formulated by the initial formation of the body of the CDEA. It is our intent to heal previous relations.

The CDEA has shifted, with new memberships, formulating from a Capitalistic alliance of support and cooperation, into a religio-moral right-wing body. Allowing all sort of unethical memberships to ensue into this alliance. As such, this Republic, being libertine in our beliefs and foundation. Can no longer support, or be a member of this body.

As such, we invite into council, any and all nations which we had to dis-associate with, after initial entry into the CDEA, due to their economic form of operation.

In addition, work is being done, in the Tekanian Republic's federal congress, to ammend the Tekanian Constitution, to prohibit the entrance of this great Republic into alliances, merely based upon economic views.

This message has been approved by the House of Delegates, and the Senate, of the Constitutional Republic of Tekania, on behalf of her people and protectorates.

Excuse me, sir, but I think its okay for us to invite Right-wing countries to the CDEA, as they are mostly capitalist nations. I don't think you should leave just because the region is right-wing. You weren't even located in the region of the CDEA, so what do you care about what happens at the region?

Greetings from Xeraph!

We note with much interest your resignation from CDEA. We have recently created a new "mega-alliance", called The Empire Of One. It is literally an alliance of alliances. It was created in order to balance the growth of two other "mega-alliances", the NWO and the RWC. Both of these alliances are made up of 30-60 individual nations. The majority of these nations are a mininum of 6 months (RL) old, which in NS time is 24 years old.
TEOO, on the other hand, is made up of 4 major alliances, 5 minor alliances, and approx 30 individual nations, and growing weekly.
Xeraph would like to extend to you an invitation to join TEOO. There is but one hard and fast rule: in times of war, you come to the aid of a fellow TEOO member, if even with just a squad of troopers. If you wish to avoid economic entanglements, that is your business. All nations are sovreign, and each nation has an equal say, an equal vote.
We are emphasizing the military aspect of TEOO for two reasons: #1, as mentioned, there may come a time where the NWO and/or the RWC go to war, and it could very well swallow up lesser nations. There is also the possibility that other large and powerful alliances could pick a fight with TEOO. #2, Xeraph is virulently anti-terrorist. These cowardly nations are becoming an increasing menace throughout NS.
Xeraph has in the past posted a declaration that if a terrorist nation attacks another nation, and claims that they have no homeland, that they will be ignored. This is due to the fact that there were terrorist-friendly nations that were harboring these terrorists. Xeraph stated that one of two things would happen: either the terrorist nation would be ignored, or the harboring nations would be attacked.
However, the exponential growth of these terrorists has made it necessary to once again band together like-minded nations in an attempt to control the terrorist threat. TEOO is a leading agent of this movement. Most of the members of TEOO are in agreement about terrorists.
So, if you are interested, please let us know.

Our alliance is better off without nations with leadership that has no clue what it's talking about. Like my ally said, you were never in our region thus you have no idea what was and is going on. Also, we are still truly a centre-right capitalist alliance, and we've not seen many new memberships. Of those few that we have received, none are extreme-right nations.

Thanks for the little input you gave in the CDEA.Timothy Ell

I could care less, sir. Your direction is going contrary to the form, function, and operation, both historically, and presently, of the great Constitutional Republic. As such, we have rendered ties with said alliance null and void, and have every right to make such announcements, in accordance with our own operation, and to heal diplomatic ties, severed due to original treatise stipulations; and there is no hinderence it repursuit of ties, in absence of this treaty, afore barred.

My esteemed collegue from Xeraph, due to impending Amendment to bar treatise based on ecomomic forms, we will not be proposing other alliances.

Due to impending operations involving the Goa'Uld, the loss of one of our Sector Control Vessels, the TRSS Tiamat, and the inability to locate any of her 1700 crew members; as well as increased involvement with the Galactic Exploratory, Defense and Economic Alliance, it is unlikely we would accept, even without considering impending amendments.

However, should your MT nations come under attack from FT adversaries, feel free to appeal to The Constitutional Republic of Tekania for defense, as per GEDRA, or to New Exodus.

On a further note, we will not be resigning from the W3C (World Capitalist and Communist Consortium), as a Capitalist signatory.
