1 Intro
The idea is simple and fair: Every country in the Real-life world is sold to the highest bidder.
When I talk about country I mean RL country, state (or district) or island(group). No real money is involved in the bidding. You are given a certain amount of credits when you subscribe. These are your StartingCredits.

2 Subscription
Subscription is simple. You announce your NS-nation wishes to enter EarthAuction in the subscription thread right here. Subscription is open to everyone, even if you're on another (grabstyle) Earth. Only one NS-nation is allowed to subscribe per player. Violation of this rule will result in losing all your countries and credits.
Once you subscribed your nation is registered and your credits will be calculated by a –yet to define- formula. Info about your credits will be viewable here.

3 Bidding
-3.1 Calendar
The order in which the countries will be sold is preset and viewable here, so everyone can see exactly in which thread and on what date a certain country is up for auction.
-3.2 Bidding
The starting bid is set in advance by the Auctioneers and they are on the calendar. Bidding can simply be done by entering your bid when the country you want is being auctioned. Every bid must be at least 5% higher than the previous bid. It is not allowed to bid higher than the credits you own.
Bidding on a country adjecent to a country you already won costs you 10% less. (This means you can bid 1.11 times your actual credits.)
It will require some tactical skills from the NS-players. What country(s) do you really want to have, how much are you willing to offer? The kind of questions you deal with in any auction.
-3.3 Winner
After 48 hours, the bidding ends. The country will be rewarded to the highest bidder. His/her bid will be substracted from his/her credits.
If no-one has bid the starting bid (or higher), that country will be placed on the bottom of the calendar and it’s starting bid will be decreased by 15%.

4 Selling
Selling a country to another player is possible at any time if announced to and approved by any Auctioneer. You can also distribute your countries among your puppets. However, this will not be registered, since only one NS-nation is allowed to be registered.
It is possible to sell any or all of your countries back to EarthAuction. You will get your bid(s) back completely. These countries will be placed on the bottom of the calendar. (Starting bid for these will be the previous highest bid (=the price you paid for them).)

5 Re-opening
If you want to, you can re-open any auction (even if the country you want to re-open for auction isn’t yours). When the owner is informed, the country will be placed at the bottom of the calendar. Until re-auctioned the country will remain property of the current owner.
When, after 48 hours, the highest bidder is still the owner, the difference will be substracted from his/her credits. If ownership changes, the winner will have to pay 20% more than his/her actual (and the highest) bid. This means the challenger(s) can only bid a maximum of 83% of his/her credits.

6 RP-ing
RPing on EarthAuction, is possible. Annexations, conquests etc have to be registered. The worth of the country(s) obtained by Rping will be substracted from your credits. It is allowed to have negative credits this way.
Players may subscribe to AuctionEarth even if they're on another Grabstyle-Earth. Problems resulting from an Inter-Earth RP have to be solved by the players. It requires some imagination, but if you lack that, you might as well not RP at all.

So you could randomly lose your nation without any IC justification? That doesnt sound good...

Nope, the current owner will be informed. However this thread is for Subscription only. It's written 3 times, and quite large too. For questions: go to the Discussionthread (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=382227)
