Signing of a defense alliance between Baltic Karelia and Cotland.

Earlier today the nation of Baltic Karelia and Cotland agreed to sign a mutual defense alliance. The basic guidelines of the alliance are as follow:

If BK or C is under attack, the other nation should defend the attacked nation with all necessary equipment.

If BK or C attacks another nation, they are on his own, unless the attack is made for defense purpose.

An exchange of military bases should be done.

Baltic Karelia does not have WMD's of any type, and we do not want Cotland to have such in Baltic Karelia. Nuclear, Biological and Chemical weapons are banned in Baltic Karelia.

The two nations should hold joint military exercises together.

The canals owned by Baltic Karelia and Cotland will be open to each other (Widened Baltic Canal, Suez Canal) for both military and civilian ships.

Cotland agrees to the terms, and Elected Leader Rothsky will arrive in St. Petersburg for the signing of the treaty ASAP (if that's ok with you).

You maybe want to have a base in St. Petersburg and maybe a base in Murmansk?

(I'll write this in english because I don't think it's classified. )

Okay, Sounds good. I've thought of a navy base in north eastern Egypt, that would be handy. And also a navy base on Sicily.

Anywhere else where you feel you would like to have a base of mine? You have better control over your claims than me... :)

I've just completed a naval conflict outside Swaziland with a victory. Other then that, I've got ships and planes helping TLS in India against the greatest enemy to mankind: radioactive fallout! :)

I'm pretty happy with the bases mentioned. Naval bases with airstrips in St. Petersburg and outside Murmansk if it's ok. You can have the bases you wish for and more. I've got a island group right next to India in case you want a island too. Let me know.

Okay, the construction will begin immediately. I think that we need Cotlandish workers to make around 50% of the building work. We would really appreciate if it's possible to have air strips at our bases to. Access to an air strip in a Cotlandish base is acceptable if you have bases near mine.

I have large bases in both St. Petersburg and Murmansk (in fact, my two largest bases), so you have access to long air strips there. But if you would prefer to have one of your own, there is no problem with that.

A dedicated Cottish base would be the best option.

Okay. In the St. Petersburg-area you have two locations to select between. One island that will be totally yours, and one other location just outside the capital. Your choice...
