Diplomats from Praetonia and Camewot have once more decided to make a alliance, because of unspecified reasons, Victoria Alliance, the previous alliance unfortunately died.
Victoria was about Freedom, and so shall Pegasus be.

If you want to join this alliance who will once more be powerfull, please carefully read the following accords.
The Pegasus Alliance Accords:
Note 1: These accords are to be replaced by a charter.
CHAPTER 1: Joining:
a. Each nation that wants to join, is a free country, with civil rights.
b. No Fascists are allowed.
c. In every official government building, there will be a Pegasus flag under the nations one.
d. All members will be placing embassies in all nations who are a member, unless there is no money to do that,
in wich case this be free.[Costs payed by the Ministry of Economy.]
e. Each nation that joins shall distribute a small amount of money or troops to the ministrys of Defence and Economy.[Unless they are not able to do this in
wich case they will have to prove they can't.]
f. Each member shall sign a No Agression Pact, a Right of Passage Agreement and a Free trade agreement with all members.
CHAPTER 2: Members:
a. Each member is to be ATLEAST active in all votes for new accords or Ministers/President, members who are unactive for a long period will be givven a warning and eventually kicked.
b. Each member is to respect the accords, also the new ones, and make sure these are done in its country.
c. Each member can propose new accords
d. Each member can put itself candidate to be a Minister or President.
CHAPTER 3: The President and Ministers:
a. The President and Ministers will be chosen in an election once the alliance overrides the members count of 12.[Untill then, the founders take care of bussines]
b. Ministers will handle the money or troops givven to them carefully, with great respect, and make sure none of them get lost or die for a unnecessary cause.
c. The President signs all new accords, if he refuses, there will be a vote, if the "no" is voted away for more then 55%, the new accord is in place.
d. The President and Ministers stay in office for 1 month, then a new election will follow, all can be chosen 4 times in a row, then there should be a new Minister/President for atleast one month.
CHAPTER 4: The Ministry of Defence:
a. The Minister of Defence will get money or troops he can spend on the QRF [Quick Reaction Force], he will find locations for these troops [Provided by Pegasus Members] and buys tanks/weapons/battleships/aircraft/etc..., he will only use the QRF when a member is attacked and request immidiaet help.
b. The Minister of Defence can/shall be searching the forums for nations who commit genocide, to help nations in a war, peacekeeping missions, and puts it on vote for the members. If the actions are approved by 60% he can move soldiers there. He uses QRF transports to get them there, and get them out of there.
c. The Ministry of Defence DO NOT depend on the Ministry of Economy for fundings, money is directly donated to the Ministry.
CHAPTER 5 : The Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
a. The Minister of Foreign Affairs speaks in the name of the alliance, he should always speak like Pegasus Alliance would, not like he would.
b. The Minister of Foreign Affiars can put diplomatic actions on vote, not for small things like condemning a war, but for things like a blockade, a trade embargo etc...[60% minimum for approval]
c. The Minister of Foreign affairs keeps in touch with the Minister of Defence and Economy, if there the Alliance approves a blockade, he should contact the Defence Minister. If the Alliance approves the donation of money to a certain politics party, freedom fighters, ...., he should contact the Economy Minister and ask for some fundings.
CHAPTER 6 : The Ministry of Economy:
a. The Minister of Economy will decide on what he uses the money for, if a nation requests a funding for something he should think it over, maybe put it on vote, but make sure he gets the money back eventually.
b. See c of CHAPTER 5. The Minister of Economy decides how much he will give.
c. The Minister of Economy makes sure the Ministry NEVER gets in debt, or makes sure he gets out of debt soon.
d. The Minister of Economy is not to spend money on useless things
e. If a member thinks The Minister has spend money on useless things, he can report it to the President, he will make a vote for it. If the Alliance decides it was useless,[55% min.], the President can think of a punishment of some sort. [Softest: a Warning, Hardest: Fired.]
