The Chairman of the WTO stood up. "As chairman of this board, I formally announce the voting on Ruling 002 officially over. The voters have showed there liking of Option Two, the designation of Free Trade Zones. This decision means that:
1. A council will be formed to regulate trade according to charter to be made.
2. Council will meet with world leaders bordering certain straits, seaways, canals about the use of said waterways.
3. Council members will form Trade Enforcment Officers, to be used at the councils discretion, and to be regulated by members
4. Charter Rule Number One will be changed from All members shall not participate in anti-business policies, such as, but not limited to:
Blockading, Embargos, Trade Ship sinking, and Economic Warfare (taking out soft targets, like dams and businesses) to All members shall not participate in anti-business policies, such as, but not limited to:
Blockading, Embargos, Trade Ship sinking, and Economic Warfare unless allowed designated by council or WTO.
