Naval Lieutenant Commander Howard Bennett looked out of the port-bow of the Richmond, sighing and wishing that his night shift would come to the end, all he could think was sleeping, however he was the night shift commander of the CFNS Richmond apart of the 56th Taskforce of the Navy representing the Federal Republic of Canada in the area on their stance on terrorism.

Suddenly the starboard side erupted into a large fiery ball, pushing the Commander against the bulkheads as he fell unconcious, Ensign Melaine Black looked at her unconcious leader as she was pinned underneath the rubble.

The Prime Minister was in his office, having his morning cup of coffee when somebody knocked at the door.
"Come in."
The door creaked open to reveal his normally calm Minister of Foreign Affairs, now somewhat frantic.
"Sir, someone just bombed a Canadian ship in the Persian Gulf."
The Prime Minister spat out his coffee onto several papers regarding the issue of a national curfew.
"What!?!"
"Yes. Nobody knows who, why, how... It's completely mysterious."
He was already contemplating possible culprits. Was it a fanatic fringe group, or something much more sinister?
"Get the Canadian President (not sure what title your leader has. sry) on the phone. I need to talk to him... I'm sure he's already busy, but this is urgent. I have a feeling there's more to this than meets the eye."

Office of the Chief of the Navy

Admiral Jake Barber quickly rushed into his office as he saw the Representative of the Joint Chief of Staff, General Gregory Clark standing by the door as he wore a frown across his face, "It is a tragic event that has taken place in the history of the navy in Canadian History, Admiral but remember. The servicemen and women whose lives were taken will be remembered on this day forward."

Admiral Barber spoke with a disgruntled tone, "Your words mean a lot, General."

"Anything on the incident yet?" The General asked in the open.

Admiral Barber shook his head no, "The Government has sent the CNIA to investigate the wreckage of the Richmond, that is all. Does the President know?"

"Not yet and hopefully not soon."

"Good morning ," the Prime Minister began. "This is Prime Minister Michael Silverstein of Ronius Vigilantes. I'm sure you've been informed of the events regarding the Richmond by now, and I'm deeply sorry for you and your people, so I'll make this short and to the point. This was, in my opinion an attack carried out by Decisive Action, ordered by the Fabus family. You are among their top three enemies, and they are the type to do this. We must act quickly in response to this heinous crime. It was an attack on you, so it's your call but I beleive my opinion on this matter should not be taken lightly. The Fabus's would do this, and they have incentive. I'll give you 24 hours to make a decision, since it is obviously a distressful time for you and your nation."

OOC: I'm tired, but I'd like to continue this tomorow.

President Wittrock tone of voice changed once Prime Minister Silverstein mentioned the Mississipian Federation, "The Federal Republic of Canada will be the one to begin pointing fingers at members of the international community, Mister Silverstein. You won't be. Do I make myself clear? I am pretty sure of myself that the MF wasn't behind this attack and thank you for the condolences, I just learnt about it. I'll let you know if anything arises, for the time being. Keep your nose out of the dirt. Good-bye."

Admiral Barber and General Clark chatted amongst themselves as Lieutenant Commander Gray entered the room with a frown across her face, "We just recieved a fax from the officials onboard the heavily damaged CFNS Richmond of a list of injured and deaths," she handed it over to Admiral Barber, "They'll be sending pictures of the wreck to the Naval High Command within a few hours."

Admiral Barber read the list of the injured his grandson didn't appear on the list as he looked to the death list a few names down he saw the name, "Fuck!"

General Clark came over to the Admiral, "What is wrong?"

"My... grandson... he was killed in the explosion."

"My condolences to your family, Admiral but right now you need to hold yourself together so we can find out who did this. I would like you to fax all information to the CNIA, immediately for analyzation as it is protocol."

President Anthony Raymond Wittrock sat in his office as he pondered about what happened to the CFNS Richmond and how some nations have already heard of the tragic event. Wittrock had demanded to speak with the Representative of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Chief of the Navy, National Security Advisor and the Director of the CNIA immediately after their meeting to a close.

Wittrock stood up as the men entered the room, "Tell me what the hell happened to the Richmond?"

General Clark responded, "It was bombarded by a terrorist group."

Wittrock nodded his head, "Which, terrorist group?"

The Director of the CNIA spoke, "We don't know at this time but we believe it is an anti-FRC group that kidnapped and murdered the First Daughter and First Lady, as well are responsible for the bombing of Vancouver. And or maybe the nuclear attack on... Calgary?"

"Angelic Freedom?" Wittrock replied as the Secretary of State entered the office immediately, "Mister President. ViZion City has been nuked."

We are very pleased with the success of our attack upon this Canadan force. Since Canada is part of the WWA, it was their time to suffer yet again. We certainly hope that the pain and agony we have caused will take a positive stride into pure freedom from the horrid oppressors. May our attacks continue and escalate to new freedom fighting tools!
