"Hello everyone, its a momentuous night for everyone in the world. We got to Sasha, live at the launch site."
"Its been thirty long years, but at last Tanthan has gloriously declared the Archangel is ready for launch. The first of a series of many pieces to be added on it in mid-flight. I am Sasha, let's watch as the hangar opens and gives us the first glimpse of our nation's power!"
The cold wind whipped and stirred, the ground began to shake violently and the ice cracked and broke. Huge steel slabs of metal and unknown materials jutted from the ice, causing it to send ice flying all over and raining 500ft slabs on the ground miles away from it. The sheer speed at which the top of the hangar expanded was like a gunshot from the ground.
"Oh my! What is going on!? Get it on camera!"

Just then the dust began to clear, everyone was in a daze the sheer force had made a complete white out for everyone within ten miles of it. Alone between the ice and the sky rose up from the ground a massive hangar. Hidden deep underground for thirty year, now rising to the surface.
"WELCOME! Let's kick this celebration off with a blast!" shouted through hundreds if not thousands of speakers placed along the frozen tundra. It was the voice of an eccentric scientist. Showing his life's work completed at the meer age of ten.
A helicopter flashed the picture of the hangar from high above, the snow and ice having allowed cameras to work again with stunning clearity.

Then the video feed cut out and was replaced with the image of a old man in a chair.

A thunderous roar sounded and from high above the helicopter took a picture of the rising engine, folded like a hairpin up inside of the hangar, it would spread out and shoot outwards to reveal the massive base.

The huge mass did not stop there, it began to go black, then all the engines began to come online, the superconducters becoming so cold to defy the laws of gravity, the huge engines, literally one hundred bubble fusion direct heat-to electricity reactores, spread out in ten sectors. Five fission direct heat-to-electricity reactors, and a final system of a top-secret biological reactor run on radioactive waste in which these organisms thrive on it to produce the last bit of electrical power possible. From there it is broken down into simpler elements in which can be used in either fusion or fission reactors again!
"The Archangel produces over 200,000 gigawatts at 200 amps. It has so much energy running through it at peak to easily provide power for over 30 billion people! This is absolutely stunning, such a large object, five kilometers long, three kilometers wide and up to a kilometer tall has just began rising into the sky! Look at this picture!"

"The first glance of the inside of this place is simply amazing!"
The media was allowed to see the heavenly white and etheral mass, but these seemingly emotionless, silent guards, much light ghosts, patrolled and prevented the more secretive sections of off limits. The amazed reporters took one shot of these guards protecting one such computer, that controlled the sector. Wielding light staffs and posing of little threat it seemed, their presense was powerful and hard to miss.

At last though they made their way to a lavish control panel, it was the center of the montoring stations. Complex designs and glyphs were drawn on the floor and walls. Giving a sense of meekness and inferiority of all people who look closely at the grand view and richness of the inside of the ship.
