The Keloon Empire has just finished the production of its Mk2 RBA (Robotic Boarding and Assault) Bots, meaning that our previous Mk1 RBA's are obsolete. Unfortunately, the Mk2 is so fundimentally different, that the old Mk1 cannot be retro-fitted anymore. We've melted down, recycled, and reprogramed as many as we wanted to, and we've still got 1000 extra.
We are willing to sell these (take as many as you want, just be careful how many you buy). Note: These are expensive for a reason.
NAME: Alsaoon Kashal (Greatest Destroyer and Ripper of Bones)
TYPE: Marine Robot, Mechanized Assault, Zero-G combat
CPU: Two Aklsha 152-A "Lobes", one for body control, another for weapon system controls.
WEIGHT: 630 tons
HEIGHT: 8'8"
WIDTH: 5'4"-11'8" (depending if legs are extended or not)
STRUCTURE: A globe-like central body with ten "legs" sticking out of it at even intervals. A retractable "balancing" leg can be extended from the back in zero-g situations.
CHASIS STRUCTURE: 83% Plasma Steel, 9% Silkarmor, 2% Aluminium, 1% Titanium, 4% Ionic Bonded Plating, 1% Misc. Alloys
DEFENSES: 1 Danali Shield Generator (Primarily used to protect it in space, but effective against any type of particle or mass-driver based weaponry).
ARMAMENT: Each of its 10 legs has a Slicer 6 blade at the end of it. This blade not only can cut through armor, but it can bend half of it allowing itself to get a foothold in a wall, celing, floor, etc. Six Particle Batteries (Particle Impactor Batteries. These weapons have been known to pass through both ends of some heavy tanks.) 16 A'dalani (Sharp Stick) Neutral Particle Batteries (comparable to 30 mm machine guns, only they fire Neutral particles instead of bullets). One Plasma Torch. Two EMP/Shield Disruptor Shock Sticks (So, when in a hull of a ship, it can effectively EMP an entire cooridor).
PLANT: A Dalinsh (Old) Plasma-Torch Power Plant
AVERAGE SPEED: When in a world of 1 G with standard Earth pressure, it has been clocked at well over 80 mph in full "run."
OTHER FEATURES:
- Can enter "sleep mode," in which it rolls up into a ball no larger than 5'5" by 5'7".
- Comes with tactics and CPU cleaned, allowing your programers to put in new attack commands and whatever AI your nation uses. Or, you could even slave-rig it to a control station or other controling system.
- Comes with instructions about how to alter bots interior to add a rudimentary cockpit, so a human can actually control this machine (NOTE: Doing this substitutes 3 Particle Batteries, 8 A'dalani, and the Plasma Torch)
- Instructions on how to repair and maintain your RBA
