We would be pleased to offer you our Berezina-II replenishment oiler.
It is visually almost identical to the original Project 1883 class Berezina. However, in place of the 57mm guns of the original vessel, it carries 76mm weapons. It also carries a substantially heavier SAM array (some 48 SA-N-12 SAMs) and is now powered by a combined nuclear and steam system, using one OK-1000 PWR and two superheating boilers.

These are for sale, at a cost of $500,000,000 per vessel.

OOC: What can I say, I'm a bastard :P Besides, I can just drawn them from Fleet stock (at no cost to myself) then build the replacements in my own shipyards, bringing in a tidy bit of revenue.

Because the Keloon need money, we are willing to create a prototype cargo vessel for you. We call it the Dalsha Yaoon (The Greatest of the Lesser Fleet). I have two different Mark models, each one for a different purpose (you may purchase one or both if you wish).

The Mark One is devised as a Cargo/Refuling Ship desinged to get somewhere fast with little damage. With a few new add-ons of Keloon design. Don't bother trying to re-engineer them, we're going to take precautions against that.

The Mark Two is a front-line refuler/resupplier. It substitutes one engine (speed reduced to 40+ knots) for an aditional A'nashoon Particle Impactor as well as a A'nadel Mass Driver Battery (similar to a duel-linked 76mm cannon).
Price is set at 238 million.
