I would like to thank all of you for joining me today. Since the fall of the late Chatamaran we the free people have begun a new republic*cheering from the crowd* It is named after the holy lands savior Saint Celestine may the emporor protect. Seeing the dangers presented by the communist scum the following orders are being enacted.
The Imperial military will be split into 4 groups taking care of law and order they are as follows

The Imperial Navy:The navy is responsible for all sea/air operations they do not have any ground forces beyond armament depots and staff. ALL NAVAL SECURITY is taken care of either by Adaptus Arbites or Imperial guard.

The Imperial Guard:The IG take care of most menial military and police operations. Aforementioned guardsmen will be refered to as the interior guard. They are the draftees and those not fit for elite military service. The Kasrkin units within the Imperial guard are its backbone. Trained to deepstrike into enemy territory by whatever means neccisary they are the elite. The equivalent to American Seals or Russian Spetsnaz. And finally we have the most heraldic and honored Armoured companys. Capable of blitzkreig attacks and seiges worthy of the Pre Heresy Iron Warriors May the emporor damn them.

The Adaptus Arbites: The police and specialist arm of the military. They are judge Jury and Executioner. Renown for their faith and dogma to the imperial creed. They prefer close in operations and are often used covertly. Their all black body armour inspires terror in the emporors enimies and Faith in his believers

The Imperial Inquisition: All at this time I will feel to indulge is that the Inquisition has TOTAL AUTHORITY AND POWER May its three ordos always remain balanced Hereticus Malleus and Xenos

I would like to thank all of you. And I wish to announce the reconquista of Chatamarans land and resources. Those who are not willing to submit to the emporor may burn eternally in the warp.

You seem to be a rare level headed socialist...however after the take over of our former country I feel i must be careful. I will allow your forces to set up an embassy in my country however I ask that you see the light of capitalism in all of its glory

A flag crosses the screen, it is the flag of the Holy Empire of Belshazzaria (a Star of David in the middle and on each side a cross.) The flag disappears, and you see a dark room, which is obviously filled by some kind of council. A man in a red robe with a pope style red hat and a golden crucifix on his chest, steps forward into the spotlight in the center of the circular room.

He crosses himself bows his head and the screen returns to the flag.

I (Saint Celestine) will officialy allow the opening of embassys from all of your nations. And this I have to say...We have not yet recovered Chatamarans military assets. So it is currently impossible for us to support any Religious crusades or jihads(wars of self defense) I however do ask that in the future we may bring the emporors light to those who have not yet beheld it. Sic Vis Pacem Para Bellum...(to make peace one must prepare for war) AS the Emporor wills it
