I was under the impression that I was to host this second summit. We did agree to rotate hosting duties. Anyway, our country is just getting rid of the GLNP so we'll host but we'll have to delay this summit by RL 2 weeks.

The Empire of Risban would like to send a delegate to attend as well. It will either be Emperor Robinson Antares Scorpius, Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Perkins, or Head of Parliament Countess Nora Courtney; whoever is the least busiest at the time.

Search for the first Capitalist World Summit topic and read the CDA and CEA treaties. The CEA was our economic treaty that we drew up. If that's what you're looking for, you should go to that topic. If not, we'll try and draft up more legislations and we'll most likely be revising the first treaties at this conference.

Participation is the real goal. Unions are not much of a concern for now. Though if needed I could prbably get a few large nations to throw up a defence for my industry. But agian, I just ant to join the current topic. :)

Interesting indeed. It is excellent to see some of my fellow capitalists are alive and well. I would love to attend this conference. Also, because of security concerns is it permitted for bodyguards to attend this conference?
Sincerely,
CEO-Premier John Carter

Of course. We allowed a security compliment at the last summit.
