Risban News Release:
"The Empire of Risban is formally withdrawing from the Right Wing Collective due to conflicting interests. The Empire of Risban wishes to reaffirm its membership and support for the NWO.
The Empire of Risban wishes to also let it be known that it is in no way planning on acting hostile towards the RWC. In fact, the Empire of Risban wishes to maintain peaceful relations with the members of the Collective.
Neither Emperor Scorpius nor Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Perkins were able to be reached for a comment on this."
