All who wish to join an all glorious alliance of nations please sign up. The perpose is to become a strong confederation that all will fear. We will openly share information and will be joined in all conflicts. Each nation will still have it's own army, but must contribute atleast 12% of it to the Covenant. Hear Ye, Year Ye. We, The Government of The Holy Empire of Shazbotdom herby declare that we would join this alliance but we do not feel that we need to "Loan" our our military to anyone but people who are in dire need of help. We hereby declare that we must decline this international invitation to join this alliance. Thyn one Emporer Shaz Bot has decreed that if any nation has a problem with this declaration, that said nation should make it clear to The Holy Empire of Shazbotdom what their problem is.

Mirfak requires military forces (ground forces) and diplomats to be committed to the planetary government's campaign for reunification of the planet's territories. If you will commit sufficient troop numbers to our cause, we will join your alliance once the reunification is complete and the planet is diplomatically stable.

I would like to propose, #1: that Xeraph join this alliance.
#2: That this Covenant Alliance in turn become a member of the "mega-alliance" The Empire of One. This alliance is currently comprised of over 100 nations, and growing. Each member is co-equal with all the others. One nation...one vote. This alliance was created to counter the growing "mega-alliances" of the NWO and the RWC. There may one day be a showdown, but it far in the future. Pleas TG or post your reesponse.

It has been suggested by Xeraph that the Covenant Alliance be added in it's entirety into the "mega-alliance" The Empire of One. Are all in this alliance agreed?

Be alerted that Albinoism is the only nation as yet in this alliance to my knowledge. Shazbotdom has made suggestions that they would join, Green Sun has made no request to join, and Mirfak has not yet joined. You should address yourself to the nation of Albinoism alone when discussing alliance matters. Of course, my knowledge is based solely on this board and telegrams we have recieved, and my information may be inaccurate.

The Covenant will join the mega-empire one one condition. We still govern ourselves. We will be part of the mega-empire but you will have no control over the Covenant. Also the Covenant wishes to be informed of all activities going on inside the mega-empire. Other than that I can't wait to become allies.

We need more nations to join the Covenant. I am currantly looking for more. I suggest you do the same so we can become more 'persuasive'

What exactly do you offer to nations that would join this...covenant.

Albinoism , the Dominion of Aquix wishes to join your Covenant. We would also like to know more about these Beetle tanks before we make any purchases.

You will receive protection from other nations in the Covenant if you are in trouble. Also we will share technologies and not withhold anything. We don't buy these technologies from those in the Covenant. We simply share them.

Yes....in a simple example, think of TEOO as the "umbrella" alliance that includes all nations/alliances joining it. All nations/alliances that are members of TEOO are sovreign: TEOO does not require ANYTHING of the members except aid in the time of war. If there are trade issues, that's fine. Everyone is free to trade with everyone else.

I propose that the Covenant build its own military starship. I wish for all members to be part of this. Please put down any ideas for the ship (weapons, armor, size, etc.).

Titanium C armor in a honycombed fashon
Plasma bombs, plasma turrents, laser turrents, 50mm rail guns
Two shipboard AIs, one for weapons control, the other for navigation
9km long

These are just a few ideas.

Actually I think that could be helpful. So many people will be worried about lasers and that kind of thing that they will over look some of the modern weapons.

I'd rather stay modern tech...
