Negotiations with FPC

Attican Empire
13-12-2004, 06:44
After the last great Eropian war, a trade was made between the great powers, one of the clauses being creating an independent state known as Listovia, with land taken equally from both FPC and Attica.

To: FPC
From: Kaiser Michael von Kuklinski
We would like to split this "independent" state of Listovia between our two nations. We would also like to create a committee between our two nations to create a border based on natural boundaries, as so we never have a border dispute again, such as the following disputes:
1st Atticos-FPC War
2nd Atticos-FPC War
3rd Atticos-FPC War
War of Brelinburg
Attican Civil War -- FPC incursion
2nd Attican Civil War -- FPC incursion

TO Kaiser Michael von Kuklinski
FROM Sergei Popatov, head of the ministry of itnerior
I'm am sorry to inform you that the principality of Listovia was annexed decades ago when our monarchy was restored with Czar Pieter Russchenky, god rest his soul. The territory of Listovia is know part of the great empire of FPC. As for reforming national borders, our current Czar, Evhen Russchenky, son of Pieter Russchenky, is away at his winter palace. I can transfer him documents though and he will respond them when he shall have time. Thank you.

Odd how we were never informed of this... the Principality of Listovia has been listed on our maps for some time...

We will prepare the paperwork. What is the FPC name for the River Listov (A river that runs thru the former Princ. of Listov down to Lake Zetross which is in middle Attica)? We call it the "Listoch".

Hmmm, you are the ones who get more territory here... It does not sound fair to us. You must throw in more offers so that we accept it.

That map does not include urban areas or population centers. Territory is not all that matters.
