Kimiko was sitting on the throne, the throne a rather large grand design of the CorpSacian Raven, the wings spand the entire wall and the beak was near the roof, the claws came out slightly hanging down and there up the steps in the chest of the Raven was the throne. A throne made of Dark crystal and Endor 1000s of years ago, the seat of power something the old "houses" use to fight over but now...now the empire was under her control alone, well her and the Imperial Seneate that housed a representive from each world in the empire.

Suddenly the doors burst open as Premarch Raven walked in, she quickly walked up to the foot of the steps and knelt on one knee.
"my empress, the scum Lord Jwolf has sent a challange to you." she had her head still bowed, he fiar lookeds were strange is such Powered armor, the bulk of it was larger then normal marine armor, it almost looked like terminator armor. But It wasnt, Premarch armor was always larger then normal marines, this armor was black red, mad from Endor a metal that was vary heavy but since the marines had so meny implants and other things it didnt matter to them.
"really" Kimiko said standing up, her long dress had a slit up the right leg going all the way up to the tip of her thigh.she walked down the steps and took the message, "rise" she said inratated like. after a moment of reading the message she turned, "tell this Jwolf i accept his challage, tell him its to be fought here on the homeworld Fallen, in the Kal'nor'tec (collaseam)." she waved Raven away.

She went back and sat on the throne she smiled to her self, combat at last she thought, something she enjoyed alot and never gave up on not matter the cost.

OOC I hate to get involved, but the treaty seems a little one sided. If CS loses, then they can never join the GE again. However, WA has nothing to counter this. OOC: not really see what he dont know is that Kimiko has something called the shadow, what this does well you will see. lets just say even if i lose well.....you will see.

OOC: yo wolf lil problem, Kimiko cant leave the homeworld...she does she dies...a lil probem about being the hand of god and make the otehr homeworld have an apocalipsy. Shes kinda Drained and leaveing the homeworld would kill her. why do you think shes not gone out to met Chronos about devideing a world up, or with the Sabbat when they went off to support TFU?

when kimiko read what wolf said she just laughed, raven was kneeling on the floor at the bottom of the throne steps.
"tell wolf here or he can....stick his challenge where the gods dont shine." Kimiko said, "i will not send someone elce to fight my battles when im challaged"
"yes my empress" Raven said standing up, she was hopeing she would be sent in her place but knew how stubben the empress was.


Mr lord wolf you have a choice, the fights here you wont be harmed...well by anyone but the Empress Kimiko the hand of gods. You challenged her and she will not send someone elce to fight for her, if your scared to fight Kimiko you only need to say it.
Its simple wolf, you challage Kimiko you fight Kimiko, if you didnt do you homework you have yourself to blame next time maby you will. IF you do not turn up within 7 days of this message the Empire will declare a win for the Empress by Defult, as you would if the table was turned, and take what its owed to us. Kimiko almost died of laughter from wolfs message, "i think 2 High fleets, the Sabbat chapter and the Chaos allaince would say differently" she said allowed. "when there ship arrives escort it in, oh and make shore that he only brings 10 Guards, i dont trust him." Kimiko replyed, "and if he complains......well let him complain."
Raven looked at her "i take it that i tell them that the orbital stargate...what ever that is thing is. and from what i know about them they need 2 gates to work anyway", Raven said
"but in anycase activate the Real barrior around the system just to make shore." Kimiko replyed, "when there ship aprears outside the system escort them in"

She turned and sat back on the throne, when Raven left the room suddenly goustly figures of Kimiko came out of her body 7 in total.
"what do you want shadows?" Kimiko asked looking at the one infront of her. All of the shadows spoke in unison there voice was just like kimikos.
"time soon, he wont win the gods forseen it" they said, "his books of spells will whigh him down tho he comes rather well guarded, to meny."
"well well....so what elce?" she asked them, "i take it this battle will be short"
"we never said he would lose this battle just that he wont win what we can not say." they all said, "the mind is a interesting thing" the middle one moved towards kimiko strokeing her head, "we will help we are you and you are we..the shadow is one with you".
"mmm...." the shadow suddenly re entered kimikos body, she stood up and looked out the window. "GUARD" she shouted. a Space marine from the Elite guard chapter ran in, that chapter was small only a regiment of Space marines hand picked from birth by Kimiko with some of her powers, they to had there own shadow. "get me my battle wears, i fight soon" she ordered.

He open the door and head to hanger of Black Wolf Castle. About half way there, he stopped. He saw a vision. A lady with seven ghosts around her.

I know the lady on the throne is the Empress but what are those seven ghosts around her. I'm doing a Force mind block to keep anyone for getting in. thought Lord JWolf. A Force mind block was formed in Lord JWolf‘s mind.




OOC: im ignoreing that bit WA thats godmoding theres no way you can see what the empress does, plus the "force" dosnt work in or around the imperial palace or near kimiko. Also the only way you can get a vision of her is if you ask me OOC.

OOC: dear me you really dont know how my system defence network is hehe guess well...you will see. I dont say my home system is like a fortrass for nothing. See Fallen is in the center of a Cluster of 14 that the nestest systems are 4.35 Light years away (thats about 6 systems), here the sensor yet overlaps. at 8-12 ly away is the outer cluster of systems (8 systems), note not all of the systems are inhabbited just have Milltary bases in them, tho at around 10 ly out from the fallen system are the major shipyard system of Lexington Base, The most heavyly defended Shipyard system.

Lexington Base

Commander Ivan was sitting at her desk, she was a young 29 year old, brown hair blue eyes, she was about 5'6" and vary good looking. Working at lexington base was dull but she liked it, the shipyard was building a new line of Tigerclaw Destroyers so sacurity was tight.
Her shift was nearly over and after she had finished she was going back to fallen, since this was the end of her 2nd tour of dutiy and she was going to come back for her 3rd. The night shift was always quite with nothing really happening well, till today.
Alarms went off across the station, Ivan rushed out of her office to the bridge all around her, marines and other personal were running around. When she got to the bridge she turned to Sargent Her'Nar. "what the hells going on" she said sitting down on her chair at the top of the massive bridge that sloped down.
"Energy spike in sector 115, partical sensors activated" Her'Nar said looking up at Ivan." cloaked ship detected"
"Comm's" a holo image poped up of The comm's officer "any ships ment to be entering this area of space, maby a miss jump" she asked
"no, the only ships entering the area of alien origan is the Wolf ships but thats 10 ly's at fallen" The comm officer replyed.
"inform DESC command at fallen we have a rouge ship" she said, "get me the Defence force, tell them to send the DESC Kim and her escorts, activate the defence network and get the defence fleet in postion," Ivan ordered, the bridge came alive at her orders.

Near where the energy spike had happened a Ravanos Heavy Cruiser, 2 Tigerclaw destroyers and 10 Lifeless corvettes exited from hyperspace. The partical sensor yet activated, the Ravanos Heavy Cruiser opened fire in the area they belived the ship to be, a comm channel was opened on all channels.

"this is Captain Sincar of the DESC Kim the Ravanos Heavy Cruiser, you have entered resticted Space. Decloak and prepare to be boarded or we will open fire again"

Fallen system

The Battle Station Confession detected the Wolf ships, to escort them in a sabbat task force had jumped in, the battlebarge raven, 20 Hunter destroyers and 40 Zero frigates.
All was going well when all of a sudden the station was sent a flash message.

DO NOT ALLOW WOLF SHIPS IN stop
INCRESS REAL BARRIOR RAGE IN YOUR SECTOR stop
COLONIAL FORCE ON ROUTE stop
GRAND ADMIRAL VALKYRIE

"THIS IS COMMANDER DONOVAN, ALL WOLF SHIPS STAY WHERE YOU ARE" he shouted over the comm system, the battle station weapon systems activated and the Defence system activated.

The Escorting ship suddenly turned on the wolf ships arming weapons and shields, targeting each of the wolf ships engines.

A message was sent to Lord Jwolf from Raven, she wasnt happy when she was informed of what was detected at Lexington.

Mr wolf
I request that you leave your ship and travel to my battlebarge,
You may bring up to 10 guards no more, if you try and enter the
ship with more then 10 guards my forces will open fire on you
and on your ships. I have something to show you, when you come
aboard we will take you to Fallen, and also have something to
show you.

Premarch Raven

OOC: wolf when the defence network activated the Real barrior would engulf the area after the task force entered the area, theres no way its running away,

When wolfs suttle docked he and his escorts were escorted to the bridge, Premarch Raven met him there her Blood red eyes were even brighter then normal. She was extreamly angery and trying to keep the erg to order Jwolf shot from comeing out.
"Lord Jwolf, it seems that one of your ships "miss jumped"" she seemed to say that in a "as if" kinda voice "near one of our more sacure Shipyards, it would have been one thing but it was cloaked, now you can see what im thinking. A cloaked ship thats estermated to be between 16-18km long and rather large power readings can only be one thing in our eyes, your.....destroyer of the sith. a rumer we thought...till now" she said, "at this moment now" the holoimage moved over to the Lexington base "the Hyperspace Tear cannon is ready to fire at that ship and destroy it completely, unless ofcorse that ship surrenders and prepares to be boarded, it will then be escorted to a more open location, and then the sensor logs will be searched and if its found that this ship was spying or going to be spying on us...all the crew will be arested and tryed for spying. If found guilty they will be exicuted" she smiled when she finshed speaking "so whats it to be?" she snaped.


The battlebarge started to move towards Fallen, leaveing the the space marines and the wolf fleets and headed to the homeworld.

All of a sudden meny of the space marines around Raven got up pulling Plasma rifles and Bolter rifles out.
"Lord Jwolf you are here by under arest for the murder of 200,000 Milltary personal and the murder of half a million civilian persons." Raven said, she looked round at him her eyes glowed even more red "order the fleet to open fire on that ship, Use HST torpedos, order my fleet to open fire on the Wolf ships here you made a mistake wolf, try and escape i dare you. Outside this room 200 Space marine wait, and even if you get out.....you wont get off"


The fleet around wolfs fleet opened fire laying a barrage of fire into them, the battle station followed suit. opening fire with a even bigger barrage of fire, fighters swarmed at the wolf ships.

At the old lexington base, the Ravanos Heavy cruiser fired off a single torpedo, with the base gone the real barrior fell. the torpedo Imploded just as the DESC ships exited for hyperspace, if the sith ship was lucky...they would die quickly. a black hole like thing formed meters from the ship...nothing could survice and any form of FTL jump would be impossible.
