S2 AM Sniper Rifle
This rifle is a gas-operated magazine-fed weapon. It is issued with a smart-linked scope with two levels of magnification. It fires 15.8 mm armor-piercing fin-stabilized depleted-sabot rounds.

SM A2 is a very formidable weapon. It fires 21 gramm (308 grains) tungsten dart (fleschette) with muzzle velocity of 1450 meters per second (4750 fps). At 1000 meters this projectile will penetrate a 40 mm of RHA (rollded homogenous steel armour) and will result in serious secondary fragmentation effect behind the armour. That said, it will penetrate two walls of any modern APC at one kilometer range. The trajectory is very flat and does not rise higher than 800 mm above the line of sight when fired to 1000 meters. The cartridge is of somewhat original design, and has plastic case with steel head and base. The projectile is concealed within a plastic sabot.

WARNING: The 15.8 mm x114mm APFSDS round is an anti-materiel munition. It can easily over-penetrate several armored soldiers. Be sure of what is on the other side of your target before firing.

OOC: I use some other's as well as this... just that this is LEET.

Any sniper rifle that is semi-auto is not one that I'd fire. The headspacing leads to inaccuracy. That 1.8 mile range is absolute bs btw.

Save your money and stick to an M24,or an M40A1 bolt action.

If you need more than one shot, then you shouldn't be a sniper.

OOC: I'd buy it, but you're a scheming little bastard. :)

Note: That's just a joke.

I'd buy it but yeah I just made a 15.5 x 115mm machine gun. The rounds looks familiar Hogs. LOL. I'll take my royalty check in the mail.

15.5x115mm = Steyr IWS 2000 .608, is it not? Or bigger? Isn't that the one that can go straight through a tank ;)

Thanks NG ;)

NOTE: HIGH CALIBRE! This is a ... yes, say it.. HIGH CALIBRE weapon. I do use other sniper rifles besides this, I just thought that this would be a fun alternative.

Well yes, definitely an APC.. the Steyr IWS was developed during the 80's. It can penetrate 40 mm of RHA (rolled homogenous steel armour), so meh.

Sorry, the rights for the SM A2 are not sold internationally, unless our allies wish to use or analyse them. As Neo Sephrioth is not a Registered Trade Partner or Ally, you therefore may not have the rights. However, you may purchase a batch of the rifles if you wish to.

OOC: Nothing personal. I would have said the same to North Germania and Layarteb.

Haha I laugh at ye puny weapon that happens to mimic the 15.5 x 115mm HMG I showed you. But nonetheless, I will unleash the beast of the frozen raindroplets on ye and smite ye down.

it does not mimic. Your gun mimics, since it is stolen from the IWS 2000 :P:P (jk) Do the raindroplets taste of blackcurrant?

IC:
Unfortunately, we cannot fill the order of 2 million of the rifles. We are willing to export you 25 per month from the Small Arms Export Factory And Shipyard in North Chukograd. We will charge therefore 25,000 USD per month as long as this shipment exists. Do you agree?

We shall not sell you any of the weaponry if they are to be used by a non-security element.

OOC: Ya, I didn't rip it from your HMG I ripped it from halo and upped the calibre, past the IWS 2000's 15.5 to my own 15.8.

Edit: 3000TH POST! And it was a refusal for Sephrioth Trade ! xD

Oh. Okay. Actually, I only looked at your storefront once, and then I barely got past the first post. It's huge. Try putting in a 'Contents' thing in the 1st post.
