T-4 Big Scary Tank
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/SCARY1.jpg
The T-4 was built for unknown reasons as a speical vehicle designed to inspire fear in the enemy. Encased in depleted uranium armor all around and with armored bulkheads separating the crew compartment from the fuel tanks, this tank is very durable. The top panels of the tank are designed to blow outwards in the event of penetration by a HEAT projectile. This tank is protected against nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) warfare. It carries two 200mm main cannons (like the Necromancer Artillery) and there is enough room for plenty of assorted rounds DU, HEAT, SABOT, STAFF rounds and HOT mk4 anti-tank missiles. There is only one loader needed. He operates the 2 semi-automatic loading devices and selcts the round to be fired and can load manually if there is a problem.
The 56mm gatling gun is perfect for anti-apc and anti-aircraft duty and uses DU, FMJ tracer and fragmentry rounds.
The commander's MGs are good against infantry, light trucks and some APCs
For additional anti-infantry there is are 2 .50 cal MGs operated by the driver and loader

I'll take four plastic molds for $100000000, and then we will measure them.

We intend to duct-tape one to a building and call it an AA gun, if it works we will buy more.
