Sadly today, the jet ski "Little Devil" was sunk in the Balera straits by the Frigate PHX Choctaw. The operator of the jet ski was not harmed, but is now in our custody on the misdemeanor of operating a water craft while intoxicated, and the felony of violating a blockade. The judge will decide whether she gets a 55$ ticket, or the death penalty :o

Semi OOC, well, mostly OOC:

Asurnahb National News:

Top Story: All Citizens are advised to come in out of the rain.

Weather forecast for tomorrow is: Cloudy, 80% chance of rain.

All Citizens are asked to stay indoors tomorrow, due to the closing of the Straights of Balera, by the Phoeanix Militia. The reason? The very storm front which threatens to pour down upon Asurnahb, formed in that very same region. Logic holds that the water it will drop, is FROM the straights of Balera, therefore, all standing puddles of water after the rain will be considered a part of the Straight, and access across it is prohibited.

"Since we are a Nation which upholds true soverignty, we find it a gross neglegance of the term if we cross the straight ourselves. And since the rain will come from the straight, is is a aprt of the straight. As such, untill it evaporates, no Asurnahbian citizen will be allowed to step in, over, or even touch a puddle of standing water. In the interest of Nation Security, any child found playing in the rain shall be shot..." - Jogchem Leeri, King of Asurnahb
