The Feazanthian National Armories
Ever since the great Attack of Doujin, Feazanthia has been pooling its resources in secret. With the annexation of the Rodinan Isles and most of the former Snowy Lands of Antarctica, Feazanthia has also gained access to its old reserach projects...and the fruits of those projects that were carried on by foreign hands. The Feazanthian military is willing to sell variations of its military equipment to various nations.

OSV 100 Semi-automatic Sniper Rifle
Let's face it, sometimes people just need to die. What's the best way to kill a man and get away with it? A sniper rifle. However, sometimes human error keeps the kill from going through. That is why Feazanthia created the semi-automatic sniper rifle. Even if the shooter isn't worth the money he's paid and misses, he can quickly shoot again. This is not the case with standard bolt-action rifles.

~~Armored Land Vehicles~~
AR-290 "Penetrator" Vulcan Tank
The AR-290 Vulcan Tank is specifically designed for speed and firepower delivery. It is designed for direct, toe-to-toe confrontation on reasonably level terrain. It's GAU-8/A vulcan cannon can litterally rip normal MBTs to shreds, and its high rate of fire allow it to do that a lot. The vehicle itself is fast and light, allowing it to get in range quickly and dodge incoming tank fire.

NEW! AD-54 "Linebacker" Mobile Missile Defense System
In today's modern battlefield, conventional weapons such as tank rounds and artillery shells are being gradually replaced by missiles. This is understandable, as missiles have a far longer range and are far more accurate. However, they are also easier to defend against. Hence why Feazanthia has build the AD-54. A variation of the Mk.6 "Nirvana" CIWS used on Feazanthian naval vessels, the AD-54 can stop a missile barrage in its tracks.

Marauder High-speed Cruise Missile Launcher
When an enemy is moving towards your people, what's the best way to take them out from long range? A cruise missile, of course. AF-S12 Peregrine
This high-speed spyplane represents a new bar in engineering. Its design is a throwback to the WWII He-126. Its single, massive engine is capable of high speeds, especially with the plane's low weight. It features a unique semi-adaptive camoflague and radar-absorbing paint. Its small size presents a very small profile for enemy radar, and the engine is on the top of the plane, which minimizes its trail. Its multiple sensors detect everything from weather conditions to ground radiation levels. Its nose-mounted camera is as sensitive as that found on most orbital spy satellites.

AF-C214 "Starlifter" Heavy Transport
Because even the most advanced army in the world needs to get places fast, Feazanthia built the AF-C214 Starlifter. Able to carry 2 AR-130 "Sabretooth" Heavy tanks in its massive belly, the AF-C214 is one of the largest planes in the world. But its size is only matched by its versatility. It's 24-wheel landing gear, coupled with a deployable set of low-level skids, allow it to land or even fly right above a dirt airfield. Why fly over, you ask? Well, the AF-C214 carries multiple parachutes that are quite large enough for even a Sabretooth to land safely when dropped from low altitude.

Wraith-class SSGN and Shade-class SSBN
The Wraith and Shade classes are basically the same thing, but with different armaments. The Wraith specializes in anti-ship missile delivery, while the Shade specializes in ballistic missile launches. Both are equipped with the new SPIRIT CATERPILLAR (magneto-hydrodynamic propulsion) drive, which maximizes speed while remaining virtually silent. The new system uses six CATERPILLAR tubes, allowing for more water to be pushed through. This does, however, slightly reduce the number of torpedoes it can carry.

OOC: Just some notes to consider:
The GAU-8/A Avenger is not really an effective antitank system for ground vehicles. Penetration is only 38mm @ 1000m, or 69mm @ half that, and maximum effective range is only about 1.25 km. What this means is that you have an absurdly heavy (0.28 tons) and bulky (6.4m long, diameter of ~120mm) weapon that's still ineffective against even many IFVs in a head-on-engagement, and with a very low range. The GAU-8/A is only effective as a tank-killer when mounted on aircraft that are capable of getting off shots to the top and rear armor from relatively close range. On a ground vehicle, a similarly-sized cannon is far more effective.
AR-310 "Death's Hand" doesn't have room for all those weapons. The mortars should be dropped, as there's no effective way to place and operate them on the design. You could keep them, but it would be impracticle and involve an increase of several meters in length and probably a 50% weight increase.
The Marauder suffers from conflicting pic and payload. A jeep is not going to carry a Tomahawk, it just can't carry the weight. The vehicle's total weight is listed as less than that of a single Tomahawk missile (3500 lbs w/ booster). As listed, the vehicle wouldn't even be sufficient to tow a trailer with two missiles, let alone mount them. You can have faster missile launch systems, but they need to be big to launch cruise missiles. We're talking HEMTT size at least.
High speed and solid ground attack capability tend to be mutually exclusive. An airframe for a high top speed will have a similarly high stall speed, reducing accuracy of weapons delivery and limiting time over target, vital for both identification and attack. Similarly, designs with lower stall speeds just can't go as fast. If you want both, you need a variable geometry system, which has its own problems, particularly being too vulnerable for ground fire.
And for the record, I wouldn't trust the aircraft pictured for the AF-Z2 at Mach 1.2 at altitude, let alone at sea level.
AF-C214 is too small for the payload listed. Payload is rarely more than 25-35% of maximum takeoff weight due to requirements of fuel and airframe. I would advise a weight a little closer to the 1,800,000-2,400,000 lb range.
$17.7 billion might manage to get you a 150,000-200,000 ton battleship, but a 700,000 tonner would cost a heck of a lot more. With so much titanium alloy, this should be quite expensive. My advice: just drop the decimal point and you should be okay, though you could get away with less. I wouldn't go below $120 billion though.
