Since nightfall the city had taken it's usual nocturnal form, a sea of lights that throughout the night slowly extinguished themselves one by one. Though come the early morning the city was illuminated not by the lights of a bustling city, but by the flicker of an unbelievable holocaust. The stout and glistening skyhigh towers, had been replaced by towering infernoes, tumbling down on the terror stricken citizens running about the cities many roads, now blocked by the carnage of ravished vehichles and fallen structures. The Psovian Congress, the heart of the Psovian Administration, lay a smoldering pile of ash, being fed upon by the dying flames exhausted by their own destructive power. The effort to fight the flames had been reduced to pockets of citizens and public service officers using all available resources to hold back the fire. By sunrise half of the city lay in ruin, though the flame had for the most part extinguished itself. Psovian relief crews are still working on clearing the horrible carnage left by the fire. The estimated death toll is 456,700, making this the most destructive fire in the countries history. Fortunately none of the Psovian leadership was harmed in the fire, Authorities are sure that the fire was the work of arsons who's intention was to burn the Psovian Congress. Aid will be appreciated.

Our nation has just received the terrible news of this horrible fire. The Confederacy of Lachenburg gives our condolences to those lost in this inferno and hope their families are safe.

Furthermore, we offer to aid in the clean up and reconstruction of your devastated city, with 5000 of our own aid workers. Moreover, our government is willing to loan your nation 10 billion USD towards the Reconstruction of Muntz.
