OOC: It's in the stickies, which all new players should read to learn how to roleplay with any respectable ability in this game. Besides, when you click on CL's Louisiana Strategic Works link, he states four qualifications for ordering nukes; IIRC, 100 million population or 1 RL month national age (basically the same thing, as your nation will reach 100 million about a month after its founding) are among them.

I have stated before and I will state one more time. All nations must have a population of 100 million or more to order NUCLEAR Weapons. I can however sell the launching systems, chemical, and biological weapons to ANY nation.

We rechecked our math and we do still think it is 70 Billion USD because One Billion is equal to 1000 Million. So if it is 70 Million per missile and I order 1000 missiles that is equal to 70,000 Million or 70 Billion USD. By the way do those include warheads or not? If they do not we would like to place an order for warheads for each missile, plus warheads for 100 Minuteman Missiles and 250 Midgetman Missiles.

My bad, I pressed the 0 one extra time by accident. Yes they do come with the warheads.
